Finally someone who recognises the implosion method heat-ray as a no jokes attack. That atomic breath is so violent and intense that it's sears Godzilla himself…would easily vaporize anything, and before the explosion is already flattening city blocks with the shockwaves coming off the beam.
But then the attack lands on a target…all the nuclear material collapse’s inwards...hits criticality, and then erupts in a nuclear fireball that decimated absolutely everything…the core of the explosion would flash vaporize most kaiju instantly…and anything else around would be crushed and thrown away like paper in a tornado.
Actually, think the infinite ray is the most powerful out of all live-action.

"Power" can be a very relative term.
'Minus one' did more than destroy most of the city. It broke the spirit of the people.
Shin Godzilla's parents must of been brother & sister.
Shin looks like he came from the Deliverance Universe 😂😂😂
Showa can use it the most.
Heisei is 5x the Showa.
Burning has the hottest.
Millennium gojis have the best well rounded, getting the push and heat, best of both worlds approach.
FW has the most forceful push.
MV has the most flammable.
Shin has the best cutting power.
Earth has the highest amount of sustainable power.
Snow can just send you to a different point in time.
Minus One is the most explosive.
Which one is more deadly depends on the opponent and usage.

I didn't consider Legendary Godzilla's beam to be strong, it could only be classified as strong in terms of the environment. The same rocks are not comparable to the durability of kaiju. His beam is like a flamethrower that pushes away and does nothing else. he is far from the rays of the Japanese Godzillas because he has it more as an attack option than the most powerful weapon that destroys all kaiju. In Japanese Godzillas, atomic breath is much more important and more effective in battle, especially the latest Japanese Godzillas, whose beams destroy literally any kaiju if hit more accurately.

The beam is only capable of causing good damage to the environment. Moreover, this beam doesn't even have an explosion, it's just like a blue flame in the form of a beam. Only 75,3 kilotons)

I could go on and on about why your list is wrong but I don't feel like having to explain monsterverse lore(and facts) and other lore to other godzillas.

The stronger ones are earth, legendary, final wars, heisei, millennium and the list can go on and on but I will say that it is higher than ultima and shin.
