I’ve found that the ones who are so stressed are the parents who are trying to not parent their children, I put time in , readying myself for them each day and had a schedule of activities, outdoor fun and exercise, looked after the little things and normally didn’t need to deal with anything tuff , put in the time and reap the rewards, trying not to put in time equals dealing with the negative consequences
One thing to add to your story about Gen. McAuliffe:
When they told the Germans the reply of "nuts", the Germans didn't know what it meant. When they asked what it meant, one of the American soldiers said it meant, "go to he**". The Germans understood this, saluted, and left.
You say it just the way it is, bravely! This terrible essay about little babies, a perfect creation being treated with less respect than an animal, so heartbreaking. To run on a ticket to run our country with the platform of the right to end life , where are we going with this. Consolation, life is an eternal creation and these little angels go right back home.
I enjoy studytime with you, not hurried and full of progression and understanding of our sacred scriptures.

Just having a job to go to everyday is stressful.
Living in a community is stressful and especially if the crime rate is high.
Being alive is stressful.
Does that mean we don't do anything? Of course NOT! We have loving Heavenly Parents who have been there and are willing and waiting to help just for the asking. We may not get it immediately but we will get help.
