I was really with the red's in this series. It seemed like in many situations, runners would just take off and swipe a base nearly any time the situation called for it. I also saw them moving runners over and making productive outs. In the two games the scored runs, they weren't dependent on the king ball. They just kept getting hits, stealing bases, and keep it going. I really wish the cardinals did this. We need more players thinking about swiping bases, moving runners over. I think we could be a decent team if we take advantage of opportunities.

Cardinals need starting pitching this organization is based on playing great defense and winning ball games with just enough offense. I'm definitely impressed with the rebounds from 4 of these game getting hammered then shutting out Cincinnati and then getting hammered again and shutting them out again. I can only hope Mo finally starts being aggressive at wanting to trade for starting pitching.
