    Just want to say that this is very informative. If you can, you should redo this video with greater resolution. A separate video for each entry (aside from the orientation and 1000 hours stuff since you've done that) would also prove to be very helpful for us who are thinking about going into the Adult Family Home business. Great video!

      @@adultfamilyhomejourney How many homes are you currently operating? How involved are you?

      I am a real estate agent and a mortgage loan originator. so I help people find homes and help people with home loans. I am very involved with my buyers and sellers and in the AFH industry as a whole. I help others be successful and sell. I have operated two at a time before, but I have clients who have 3-4😊

      Hi Brittney, you can't do an Adult Family Home in an apartment or in a Condo. Is it an actual apartment? Supported Living is more fit for apartments. AFH's can be in residential homes or duplexes:) Amanda

    Hi, is it better to buy the home or rent it for AFH purpose?

    • @amandasellsspokane4717
      @amandasellsspokane4717  6 месяцев назад

      That really depends on your specific situation. If you have the funds to buy a house and the qualifications then that is always better to create your own equity. If you don't though then renting is better than not starting at all. Normally we would do a ZOOM and discuss your certain situation to do an individual road map forward

      Yes you just need to get your credentials evaluated to a US equivalent. I have a video on that with a link. Then meet all the other requirements
