how do the vertical seams seal? It seems there should be a tongue and groove, or dove tail connection of some sort. half round voids to be filled with sealer......something.
Seems like a very low r-value, and the thermal mass is on the outside of the insulation.?? Not sure how that is supposed to be a benefit. What am I missing?
They say they don't leak but the ones that do leak you can't fix because there is no footer. They leak because the hydrostatic pressure comes right thru where the wall and floor meet. I've been in many homes with superior walls that are flooded because it's a bad design. Great idea, really bad design.
What idiot thinks this music adds to a promotional video, especially the drumming? No CO2 ?? Anybody look at the CO2 released when cement is manufactured? Any company that has such lousy video production and editing is good is missing a few judgement skills. No mention of how the floor is stabilized or anything that suggests structural soundness. 15 year warranty for water penetration? How about a 50 year warranty backed by a bond. Sorry, not sold at all.
Amazing precast concrete walls, I'm planning to built a warehouse I will hire The Superior Wall, for sure.
Don't like or trust no footing with proper key way. I am a civil engineer and even installed these with our crane .

+3G Green Looks asthough insutlation is install as batts later with high R value then plastered board over with timber battening.
