Favourite workout session: hurdles drills. I love hurdles drills but sometimes psych myself out when it comes time to run. But hurdling is life. Oh yeah. 300ms and 250’s.
I’ve learnt that the free lap touch pad reflects a runners first movement and not reaction time. So using the touch pad doesn’t always reflect an accurate race time. Love the videos bro. Keep working

I think most of those sprinters don't take it seriously enough to reach their potential. Maybe I'm wrong because Stephen Francis is deadly serious I think. They should save the fun a choking for the competition.
Meaning he was trying to get a low shin angle to maximize the pushing phase..so he ended up pulling his toe along the track…it’s a common thing among sprinters when doing block starts
