So this morning while driving to work I kept pulling myself into Awareness and kept affirming from that standpoint. I stated that today I will receive a call from Company A regarding a certain situation that I felt no justice was served and this issue will finally be resolved in my favor as it should have been. Fastforward to this afternoon while sitting at my desk at work, I receive a call from Company A, you can imagine my shock and awe when I was looking at the screen.
Sad to say they were calling regarding another topic, but I felt great for that moment of seeing their name on my screen because these people havent called me in over a year. So I truly believe that recognizing that I am Awareness and my desires are being revealed to me is actually 100% true. I still believe that these people will call me and make this situation right.
Just a little story i wanted to share.
'Who is labeling these experiences as undesirable?'❤ When I question myself in this manner, I return to my true self. Home. Awareness.
Every circumstance is "God" and every circumstance is leading me to what I truly desire. It can be no other way.

All of this is so simple but not always easy to apply in situations that feel "big" and that's when we bravely face them with these tools in hand (like the guided pauses)...and find ourselves resting back in our home...in I AM. Omg i'm so thankful for finding your channel. I was stuck in a loop of using techniques, and sporaling into doubt when I labelled my circumstances as undesirable (because i was revising something to have already happened months ago but at the same time I was still participating in activities that imply that event hasn't happened yet) so I was really frustrated. But I kept seeing people say to just continue affirming until I convince my subconscious mind.
I'll use this "method" instead. It seems so relaxing, effortless, and simple. I'm tired of striving and trying to convince my doubts to go away.
I also love how you call the ego the "separate self" instead. I'll adopt that term too cause it really helps me identify which ideas originate from it as opposed to "I AM"'s thoughts.

I’ve been on this journey for 6 months and you are right, I’ve been one of those people following countless coaches looking for the best technique. One day I’ll be up and in high vibration and the next I’d be spiralling ready to throw in the towel. However, I know in my core that there’s more to who I thought I was and so I kept getting back on track and then I found you! 😊
I will be implementing what you’ve suggested and pausing and connecting with my awareness. It’s a lot to take in as I’m fairly new to knowing that I AM, but slowly I am getting there and I’m not giving up until I accept that I AM and know that I AM.

What I am understanding from this is without the ego (separate self) we wouldn’t feel the need to do affirmations or any technique to change things as we would be secure in ourselves and know our own worth? I feel I am now at a point where I don’t want to affirm, I know who I am and what I deserve.

Gosh! I’m addicted to finding that magic key that’ll unlock the door my husband will walk through and back to me.
I have some questions, ok so everything is consciousness, no separation, no division, all experiences are forms of god, everything is the same, every experience is divine, you mention accepting all that is, but I just want to clarify, do you also think we could choose what we want to experience? how exactly do we direct our awareness into what we want to experience instead? aren't we allowed to do so? yes we know our true self, that we are formless consciousness, yes its freeing, but what if we still want to have certain experiences, and then don't want to have other ones, I guess there's nothing wrong with that too right, I mean why not? if everything is god, then us wanting to have something, is the same god wanting it as well, so to reveal/manifest what you want, is this simply about "being" whatever you want in consciousness, regardless of circumstances, and that's all you needed to do? you also talked about aligning, but what exactly is that? is it also the same thing as just "being" in your desired state? thanks
A very wealthy man leaves his mansion his private jets , cars and overflowing stacks of cash and moves to a small village in Africa for 6 months to “experience” poverty.
Did he “experience” poverty like he wanted to ? No, that’s ridiculous.. experiencing poverty would mean he was ‘being’ poor.. he was ‘being’ extremely wealthy, knew that he would go back to living a lavish life, and for a brief moment just knew the concept of poverty through his physical senses.
He was ‘being’ abundant. I AM is everything.
You know where I’m going with this. Try and piece it together yourself, meditate. Good luck.
Sometimes the stories become so loud and frequent that it is difficult not to identify with them. Do you have any advice for these moments? I have been using the guide you offer and it has helped me, but on those occasions it doesn't always work for me. p.s: I feel very grateful for all the effort you are making with these videos, they are refreshing and sincere.

I’d love for you to make a video further explaining this. I get what you mean in terms of not getting stuck in stories or symbolism and just “being” but I think those who practice LOA do so with the hopes of materializing a specific outcome (without the attachment of how it’s going to come about) part of not checking the 3D/circumstances is understanding that in part they’re antiquated or at best tell you where your self-concept has been.
You’re ignoring them because they’re illusions.

Also, most people don't ignore from the fact of realising that they're illusions. They ignore because they believe they'll be triggered by their circumstances. They ignore because they're still somewhat afraid of them. They ignore because they're desperately trying to "change" their circumstances. They ignore because they "want results fast" (implying need, desperation and urgency once again). If someone saw a circumstance as truly an illusion, it would not bother them even 0.1%. It would truly not trigger them at all.
But most people aren't there yet. The ones who recognize that a circumstance is an illusion, have no problem acknowledging the circumstance or looking at it, because they're not afraid, challenged or triggered by any of it. That is true freedom from where sustainable manifestations flow 🤍

I’ve found myself avoiding the 3D at times (even while being aware that it’s an illusion) with the fear that it’ll make some sort of impression on the on-going stories that I’m trying to revise.
I’ve been “combating” it by telling myself it’s my perspective of the events and story that’s making the impression. I have agency in deciding how the 3D makes me feel because ultimately I’m not trying to change the reflection.
I believe aspects of your video said that even the reflection (which in most cases is the non-desired outcome) has divinity. I think to some extent defining how it’s act of divinity would be different for everyone. Perhaps it’s telling you that you’re too attached and not realizing that your true essence is limitless and isn’t defined by the outside etc

How do we tap into God Self? I’ve done the meditations but still nothing manifests

Because this specific person has not bothered to show up consistently and make me feel secure. I have had specific persons in the past that I could trust blindly and felt as secure as family members or more. Why am I not in the photo it's simple as that. If you have to wonder it is not the ideal situation. Yes there is chance things could improve and there us chance things could deteriorate how can I take solace from mere possibilities. What am I to do with undesirable forms of God?
That’s the point, what are you to do with undesirable forms of god? I’ll tell you this. When the true understanding of ‘I AM everything sets in, and you feel it in your bones , it is simply impossible to want/choose something undesirable. Meditate and internalise what she’s saying, don’t give up, you just need to breakthrough. And after that you won’t necessarily always embody the happy-go-lucky state, but your base line would have gone up so significantly higher and you know you can’t fall from that. You won’t be miserable anymore.
A massive massive limitless holographic mansion that spreads across all directions, you look up it doesn’t end , contained in it are your states, every object ,every emotion, every version of every person, not only do you see this , you ARE IT, the I AM, the awareness, the life giving force. This is closest I can get to describing what it feels like.,
@@pmtzy3768 thanks for detailed reply. Look for what I want within. is that what you are saying? my base line has already raised from before and it could be much higher. I'm tripping on the notion that other people are chosing their actions based on their nature and I make observations based on what I see from them rather than I'm molding them in my mind before they act.
It is not anyone else’s responsibility outside of yourself to make you feel secure. The secureness that you then feel within yourself will be reflected back to you by others in your reality and those you desire. It all starts within yourself.

Anila Dear... I wonder if you really ever think very deeply about these things?? Do you really think that, if for instance,..some one had a desire to do harm to you and your family in some horrible way that that would be God's desire and action???..( If all is God ).. And do you think it would be the SAME as some one having a desire to do great good to you and your family in some really beautiful way??? If all desires and circumstances and actions etc.., are "ALL GOD," ..because there is no separation,..no distinction between good and bad, right or wrong, love or hate, life or death and so forth..I could go on and on.. How could this life we are experiencing now be anything but 'complete meaningless confusion and chaos'?!?!... How can you possibly see any benefit in living your life this way???? ... I see this as utter confusion and chaos!!!
You’re right, it all boils down to one thing… choice. Two doors one of them has chocolates and rainbows, the other has dirt. Where do you wanna go?
I'm not sure if you've watched my other videos and i hear your confusion as it might all feel too simplistic.
Firstly, God is already complete/whole. Our human forms are forms of God/awareness. When we attach ourselves to this limited identity, states of lack and yes, even states of harm arise.
But we must be diligent in recognizing on whose behalf we are acting in this life. Are we acting and following the desires on behalf of our separate self (a limited identity that doesn't truly exist) or are we acting and following the desires on behalf of our true nature (God Self/awareness).
And yes, at the core of everything - even the most harmful event - their core is made of God. It cannot be anything else. Yes, even a murderer is a form of awareness/God. But his role is born as a result of "God" being filtered through the misidentification with the separate self.
Everything- all forms (including our bodies) - all events and experiences are illusions. By illusion, I don't mean that nothing is there. I mean there is a reality that is not immediately apparent. And that reality is God/awareness. It's like the example of a mirage on desert sand. The mirage is an illusion, and in place of the mirage (an illusion), all you can ever find when you go closer and look at its core is desert sand. All forms of life and events similarly are illusions and at their core is the divine/awareness/God.
So recognizing that all is God is the HIGHEST clarity we can ever realize - from this recognition naturally we dwell in states of love, abundance and health -- our actions align with love/God and we follow desires that represent this truth of love/God/awareness.
Living a life from truly recognizing this truth (of being God/awareness) is anything but confusing or chaotic. It's the way of peace, fulfilment and effortlessness. 🌿
A more direct way of seeing all of this is to pause and ask yourself: If all your judgments, opinions and labels fell away, what is your experience of every circumstance that you just described in this very moment?
You'll find that whatever remains when judgments fall away...is something that you can't even put in words. There's mostly just silence. Another name for that silence is what we call awareness/God/love etc.

@@Theanilareddy What we seem to have here is a very different definition and understanding of God, the divine, the sacred.. My understanding is that God is a personified Spirit of all goodness and love and light.. who has a mind and a heart and a will and emotions, and even hands to create, and a language to speak.. He is high and holy and transcendent above his creation and yet he is lovingly involved with with creation as well.. BUT he is not the same as his creation.. in it;s fallen state!!.. By fallen state I mean fallen from it's original design of goodness.. The only way anything or anyone can become one with God, is through having their fallen-ness removed and replaced by being made a new creation,.. in the likeness of God through the Lord Jesus Christ.. When all sin and darkness is removed by Christ, and one is made a new creation by faith in him.. THEN one can know oneness with God.. Yet he still does not become GOD himself, per se.. He becomes part 'of God', and partakes of the divine nature; but he his still subject to Almighty God.. ( Christ Jesus 'who was God before' he came to the Earth, was made in human form..without any earthly father..by divine supernatural creation ..so that he could eventually rid the world of it's fallen-ness or sin.. That is what he did at the Cross.. Because sin causes suffering and death.. Christ took mankind's suffering and death upon himself!!....So mankind could be free from them!!..and become a new creation in Christ!!.made right with God again.. through his sacrifice.. So I do not see that every dark and hurtful thing is just an altered expression of God.. God is more than just awareness of all ..though he certainly is all aware!!.. But he is also Holy, and Righteous, and Just and Good and Love and all that is perfectly Pure.. "God is light..and in him is no darkness at all".. I know and experience God as a 'personal being', who I have 'personally come to know'..by his presence being imparted to me by his Holy Spirit.. He is much more than just conscious awareness!!!.. He is a personal being of Love..and is only holy, and pure and righteous and just and the only truth of existence.. He is not, and never will be, one with the sinful, or unclean or harmful or any such thing as these are.. "You say ALL is God"..and yet you dismiss the unclean by saying it is just an expression of the separate self.. and therefore it does not even exist in your opinion???.. This is only denial to me;.. because the darkness exists, as well as the light.. And God is such total light and purity.. that he could never be the darkness as well as the light.. the good as well as the evil, etc.. It seems by the definition of 'ALL' ..if you believed that God was 'ALL', he would have to be what you call the 'separate self too!?! The thing that you say is some kind of "other" than God.. the thing that you think God is expressing himself through, underneath, and yet it is actually non existent?!? I would say separateness, is NOT non existent,.. but rather is real ..for those who have not yet been recreated in God through Christ..God's Word says that "mankind is separate from God; and dead in trespasses and sin!!" That is why man must be recreated in and through Christ Jesus,...born anew of his Spirit,.. to have communion with HIM!! .. It is STILL a confusion and chaos to see an all holy and loving God, as being in oneness with ALL that is 'unholy, unclean and defiled and harmful' through all this existence experience... I truly know him as a personal being!!..A personified Holy Spirit..who came to dwell in my body as his living temple, when I believed he had taken my suffering and death penalty..on Calvary's cross for me..And that he made me a new creation in himself..when he rose up in victory over death, hell and the grave!!! I confessed with my mouth, that I wanted him, as the LORD of my life..And was instantly SUPERNATURALLY born of his Spirit!!! 'I have known him within..since then'!!! AS a person; as Savior, as Lord and as friend.. As holy, and sacred and divine living God!!.. As 'other than fallen creation'.. Yet at one, with all those who believe on him, for his forgiveness and new life through salvation!!
@@LB-rc3nt - again - I'm not sure if you've watched my videos. The separate self is illusory...as illusory as the mirage on desert sand. I go into this in great detail in various videos.
There is no such actual entity called the separate self. There is only a "seeming" entity born out of misidentiying with thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
As such when you search for the existence of the separate self all you will find is God/awareness/love.
God is not "all good" or "not bad". God or awareness is neutral. When we identify as the seeming separate self we give the labels of "good" and "bad". The labels itself are not right and wrong as they help us function in this world and live our life from identifying with God and do loving things.
But identifying with those labels and believing those labels are real is what creates duality...and places "God" on the outside. There is no outside "God".
There is no separate creator and the created. They are all one.
This is the essence of nonduality of which I speak of. Nondual = not two.
So, no, there is no outside entity called God as in the religions... the religious texts are based on "belief". I'm not talking about beliefs. I'm talking about direct first hand experience.
If all your judgments, opinions and labels fall away, what remains in this very moment? Rest there - this is your direct experience of God (or what some call awareness/consciousness/love).
