  • In this last video featuring the tier 7 German Tank destroyer the Jagdpather we get a perfect example of the highs and lows that we all face in World of Tanks console

Ah ha! The guy in the WZ-132... the "look" on his face be like, "Dude...WTF?" Big LOL moment. Never done this line although I like the tank I think they have that aggressive looking stance to them, but I did just get the Panzerknacker, the 3 shot autoloader. Having to learn turretless TDs as I've always played turreted, like the Hellcat. As a kid we had to cut apart Airfix panthers and make new bodies from plastic or cardboard to get them in wargames, then Matchbox finally released one in 1/76
    great video thanks

Honestly. I've been playing for 10 years now ever since beta dropped, I hate to be the whole meme thing but I've found a large majority of my tanks just taking premium rounds as to counter act anything that I run into. If I can sacrifice without them I just stick to normal rounds but I find my silver reserves being plentiful enough to use these premium rounds, I hate to call myself a Stat padder but I always glance at them as I want to be a player that can teach things. I've only 3 kalibanovs medals in with over 16k battles I believe, but I can't see myself leaving the game as I love it too much (not to mention the money inside it.) But I keep finding my way back.. I'm glad you played the Jagdpanther as it is my overall favorite tank of WWII which I need to go back and 100% this tank with its marks. Great game play my guy!

Appreciate that mate. I love the Jagdpanther both in game and in real life and its a beast in both as well.
Interestingly what you say about having enough silver reserves is the issue I have with premium rounds. There no deterrence to using them for many players(myself included).
For me premium rounds should have 33% reduced damage on the premise(as in real life) that explosive material is replaced by penetrating material this still gives you an option for penning heavy armour but theres at least a downside and deterrence to just hitting the easy button and negating a heavy armour.
At the end of the day heavy dont have a button to negate mediums mobility or TD camo.

lol. The highs and lows I think applies to many online PvP games.
And as a closer relation, World of Warship Legends is a mixed bag. Depends upon who’s in your team, where they go, what enemy ships there are, what perks they’re running with various commanders. It’s big and complex and takes a long time to learn.
Been playing a month. And everything is a grind if you want upwards progression through tiers - so it’s actually better to not aim for that but see that as being the last goal (where the game will plateau and become repetitive). Bashing out XP I think you’re looking at anywhere from 300 to 1.5k or 2K XP per match, for a ship at tier IV needing 55k I think, then tier V being 98k, I’ve no idea what you need at 7-9 tiers. Big numbers anyhow. Long grind. Huge carrots dangled to spend real cash. Premium bought ships costing £30, 45 each or plenty more if you want. I think you can pay that for a cammo’ too. And I don’t see how the loot boxes aren’t deemed gambling; it’s boarderline. You can find the win stats if you find the webpage and yeh… enough said.

@@WombleleaderWOTConsole - be prepared, it’s slow and tactical. Not nearly as active as the tanks. Very slow manoeuvres.
The early tier 1, 2 ships are basic and fun enough. The tier 3 will be a mixed bag : versus T2 it’s easy fun, or against T3 AI it’s a race to get the kills fastest… but against T4 you’ll get a flavour more of what it’s like in the longer haul into the medium tiers. And it sounds like - by videos - that high tiers are a different feel yet again; a lot more dynamic I think.
You could always try low tier stuff solo using one country. Get frustrated etc. Then once it seems sensible you can start a new line of ships with another country. I’m doing most of them all together, taking my time at each tier rather than race to the top.
There’s loads of newbies at T2 and T3 so don’t be expecting to be flamed. The experience folk are doing top tiers then jump down to maybe T5 or T6 for some credits.
You should try all the ship types. You’ll get a feel for strengths etc.

really refreshing to see "a normal player". Someone not spamming premium nonstop with all gold equipment and 9 skill commanders, sealclubbing in lowtier matches.
A "normal player" in WoT console... finaly 🙂

Thank I really appreciate that...yeah I like to think I deliver a way of playing the game that the everyday average player can appreciate...if I watch a WOT video and they have a full premium load out I switch off tbh

@@WombleleaderWOTConsolevery much appreciated. Yeah I am so sick of all these people making "beginner guides" in full 9 skill crew premiumspamming tanks, when all they really do is "sealclubbing". Sure they invested a lot of time and maybe a lot of money over the years and they earned their rights to be where they are in the game. But these videos are so far from the harsh reality of the "average player"...
