USC has the same problem as the U, your elite guys will not stay home if your not competing for national championships. I get it!, If I were them my goal would be to go somewhere that I could have that opportunity all 4 years. You cant keep local studs if you cant win! Both SC and Miami's talent is leaving to play elsewhere!, sadly.
