What's so great about looking thru a closed-up burger joint? Everything was cleaned up and gone. I'll bet half of you viewers worked in a place like this at some point. BOOOORING!
What's so great about trolling videos which don't interest you? So what if viewers use to work in fast food? Since there are apparently about 12,000 viewers, there are most likely many who did at one time or another. Boor-ing is right. Your comment is definitely boorish. #pinofshame
New supporter here. If someone doesnt take over this building soon , it wont be financially feasible to repair and remodel. I live in Northern Nevada and the only Burger King in our little town closed. The closest one is now 200 miles away. Best wishes.
I hope someone gets it soon before it gets to that point. Sorry to hear you BK closed entirely especially with no others at least reasonably close. Thanks for the sub and for watching! Best wishes to you too!
Really rare to find one that didn't have the roof redone blue that still had the old style. This was back when buildings looked distinctive now they're all just square-shaped and all look the same. Great video.
That seems to be the trend now. All buildings look the same, all cars look the same, no style any more. Once upon a time you could tell at a distance what restaurant it was before you ever saw the signage. Thank you and thank you for watching!
Hey, I live in the area, born and raised. I rode by this location, and It is going to be a Del Taco. This is the second of your videos I have watched, I subscribes!!
Yes it is! It had been there for a long time. It's now a Del Taco and you can't tell what it once was. Thank you for watching and commenting! I really appreciate it!
I hadn't either. The only outside area I've seen at BK's were play areas, and that idea didn't last long. Unfortunately, the Del Taco that got this building took out the patio when they renovated it. Thank you for watching and commenting! I really appreciate it!
@@AmericanExplorerI don't think I ever remember seeing a BK with an outdoor play area similar to the McDonald's of the 80s. You learn something new every day!
Wow you got in. That's a rarity in the urbex world. I just wonder how that was missed locking the door. Hopefully that doesn't get vandalized. Great find.
It was totally unexpected. It was interesting the lock was flipped so the door wouldn't shut completely. The door doesn't lock automatically when closed, so I don't know why it was left like that. I flipped the lock back so the door would appear locked. Thanks for watching!
It is crazy when a building just gets left to rot. I've never understood it. Fortunately in this case the building is in the parking lot of a shopping center. It's now a Del Taco. Though it looks nothing like the original building, the cool thing is they decorated the side of the building with artwork, one being a Whopper and the other a crown. Here it is on my Instagram: instagram.com/p/CeWyFx3ubH0/. Thank you for watching and commenting! I really appreciate it!
They just closed this location and moved up the street, so all new furniture to fit the design was purchased. If someone wanting to open a restaurant gets this building, they'll be off to good start. Thank you for watching!
Hey American Explorer, You don't own that Burger King location do you? If you did it would be ok to go inside!!!!! Where was the new location that they moved to?
I know you don’t give out locations but can you make and exception I’m trying to make a slideshow of cool and old fast food places and thought that’s this was a unique one I will delete the comment after you reply
In this case, it no longer matters. It's on Shorter Avenue in Rome, Georgia. It's a Del Taco now and looks nothing like this any longer. The only way to tell it was a Burger King is Del Taco did put an artsy Whopper and crown on the outside of the building on one side. Thank you for watching, I really appreciate it!
He didn't break and enter! He didn't break anything to enter. Maybe trespass. But he's probably doing them a service. Probably thankful that he is keeping an eye on there dilapidating building!

I wish we could find places like the ones you do, really cool 😎 Liked
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! Thank you very much for watching!

There was no power to the building.

I'm glad they moved to a new location, I'm also sorry you're getting a Del Taco. My condolences to your community.
Wow that is retro!
Yes it is! It had been there for a long time. It's now a Del Taco and you can't tell what it once was. Thank you for watching and commenting! I really appreciate it!
I have never seen a BK with a front patio! Those were the things back then. Taco Bell and McDonald's both had outdoor seating in the old days as well!

He's probably a realtor so that's how he got in
Wow, you got in! Thanks for the tour. Came to your channel from "Exploring with CF's" channel. Joined your community. (#148) 👍
Thank you and thank you for watching!
How did it smell from the inside?
Stale, but much better than some places I've been!
Crazy how they just leave these buildings here.

It takes bravery just to walk on in
Does it still smell like a Whopper?
Lol, not really!!

Why when this BK closed they didnt do something the chairs and tables

Thank you and thank you for watching!
Oh, and I thought that number code device meant that it was locked
Where at Michigan or somewhere else
Awesome find
do you know what year was the burger kind was built
I don't know exactly, but this building design was from the 1980's. Thank you for watching!
Its very hard to believe he can just walk right in to that burger king!
First time I watched you today
Welcome and thank you very much for watching!
Hey American Explorer, You don't own that Burger King location do you? If you did it would be ok to go inside!!!!! Where was the new location that they moved to?
I’m surprised there are still paper towels!
I was too! Half the time you can't find paper towels in one that's still open! 😂Thank you for watching!
Did it smell like a Burger King?
Notnymore! 🍔🍟🙂
That cooler looked creepy
Yes it did! Thank you for watching!
I would freak out if that cooler turned on
Would love that door handle
I would too! If they're not using them on the new buildings they may become collectors' items. Thank you for watching!

Former Pizza Hut across the street!
Yes it is! Thank you for watching!
I also know what now in the place!
Breaking and entering!!!!!! The cops didn't come after you did they? I wonder why the employees forgot to lock the door?

It could be advertising for the building maybe he knows the owner and they gave him the keys.
