Starting from 1999, broadband became popular and bt based song sharing causing the sales of physical media dropped drastically 3. Starting from 1998, there were many many female singers coming out and each of them just lasted for 2-3 years in the peak moments. Sammi and Kelly are examples and Priscilla was deemed as old and mature at that moment.
