Can you go wider than that? 22' is kinda short on a parking, even a small lot. Looks like it creams the top nicely. But it does have to ride on something like forms or a bar set to hight. I would be more impressed if the "hinge points" had hydraulics and we're controlled by GPS or a total station. Almost like it was floating. I like the concept a lot. Just not right for ALL applications.
Hi Andrew! Thank you for taking a minute to check out our screed. Twenty-two feet is the maximum width that we recommend pouring or leveling subgrade. The way we handle large parking lots is in strips. We might pour several strips in one day, but none wider than 22'. As for the laser guidance - we prefer not to incorporate a laser into our screed. The forms are set with a laser, then the screed rides on the forms. It's a simple design and much more affordable and accessible to contractors than a laser-guided screed. :)
