Clive Merrison and Michael Williams were the definitive Holmes and Watson on BBC Radio. I hope one day we get to hear Barry Foster's portrayal of Sherlock Holmes, which he did on BBC Radio 4 in 1978.
Douglas Henshall isn't in this one. IMDB says: "Douglas has also performed in plays for BBC radio, including the role of Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet (1999), David in "The Long Farewell" (2002), Jack Parlabane in "Bampot Central" (2004) and Richard in "Richard III" (2004)."
Recognised the voice of Robin Ellis. He was a brilliant and stirring Poldark in the first series made back in the seventies. 😊
