Love the video I will be doing mine forks next weekend. I'm getting the tools and stuff I need to do it with. I do love the tape trick.
How hard was it? Gotta do it on my buddies bike
About to do mine. Let the fun begin ! Cheers
Its fun :)
This was so helpful, thank you!
Awesome,thank you, help a lot!
Do i need to buy seals and what kind of oil it needs. Thank in going to do mine this weekend. 🎉🎉😂
Yes, you need to buy seals. Also fork oil specified in your manual. Or oil depending on your riding style
Just what i needed, gotta change my seals tomorrow lol, do we have to torque the last bolt ? Once we put it all back together or is it just tightened enough ? Also great video this view was the one i needed personally !
The blue cap? Needs to be torqued, one extra tip, the slider bushes need to be installed with electrical tape trick before the seals!
What camera set up did you use? Camera glasses or go pro on your head?

Done this as well... but im stuck at the place where i insert the rod and tight the bolt down at the bottom. The rod spins in the tube... manual says that is okay and you can tighten it later. Next step is filling the oil and it starts leaking from the bolt on the bottom... I tried to hold the rod and get the bolt as far as possible in for 5 minutes straight.... what to do,...
Try removing the rod, and try to just screw the bolt in, maybe the threads are screwed up.
They also need to be aligned correct
hey man, where did you get that manual from? I'm looking for one for the CBR 500R and I'm having trouble finding one online.
Hiho, you can try a search on carlsalter google it!
Phew, Ik ga hem toch maar naar een werkplaats brengen 😅
Kom maar langs :)
Als mede 765rs en cbr600rr eigenaar zou dat helemaal niet verkeerd zijn. Maar volgens mij woon je noordelijk?

That’s the wrong technique for undoing the fork
Bro how you do a video and not show us how to take it off 🤦🏿♂️ this should be titled installation not replacement
@@willdelaneyjr5636 if you can't take out your forks you should not be touching them at all
@ that doesn’t make any sense at all .. at some point u didn’t know how to do an oil change does that mean you should’ve took it to the shop ? 🤦🏿♂️ . Fuq. Kind of mechanical advice is that
@ at some point u didn’t know how to take out your battery does that mean you never try or learn how to 🤡
@ all you did was upload part 2 then shame anybody that asks for part 1 🫵🏿🤡👎🏿
@@willdelaneyjr5636 if this vid looks easy to you, you can take your forks out easy.
