What a good interviewer- she’s smart and asks all the right questions, she has a fantastic voice and she doesn’t interrupt and constantly raise her voice. That’s a rare find nowadays

Why would we want to copy other people? We all have social, family and business personalities that we may work on them. If you spare the energy you pay to adjust and wear someone's skin to actually working out our insecurities , would be life improvement. The true change.

Great interview! Love your questions. Terrific insight into how our minds work and how we can use it to help us when we need it the most. As a new blogger, I can see how I can use this information. It’s sometimes scary to put myself out there with my writing.

Interesting. My first thought is that my alter ego should be my 20 something self that didn't yet "appreciate" all the reasons I shouldn't just do whatever I wanted to do, including professionally. I got so many opportunities because I asked without realizing what a big thing I was asking.

I’ve routinely used this technique while in the gym and on stage as a bodybuilder. I would caution people to pursue an alter ego that in the image of someone else but your own alter ego self. If not, it’s not sustainable in my personal experience.
