Man has a wife, a high income business, location freedom, fit body, laughters and a community slowly building up. Man is everything I strive to become. Thank you for shedding a light in what is possible through sheer dedication, consistent habits and showing up everyday. Much love
Bro has huge self-confidence for sticking to the plan for 6 years.
Marc is the only RUclipsr I never doubt clicking on his videos.
Title is enough to be decent clickbait for all devs t hat want to be rich with simple code, low level knowledge in web dev to create tools that gather more than apps made by specialists :)
@@patrykkowalski8355 More than looking to be rich with simple code, I see Marc as an accountability partner in the entrepreneur/coding space that inspires beginners to become better and successful.
he is fooling people
wdym by fooling people
@@patrykkowalski8355lol how is he fooling people, or clickbait. This video is a snapshot in time. Get over yourself
Man you're such an inspiration. Never stop talking about money or sharing your wins because of a few haters. Keep shipping, keep sharing. ✌🏻
I think you might be able to set up Cloudflare to just act as DDoS protection without having to change any of your tech-stack, just some slight DNS configurations. You have to configure your domain to use Cloudflare, then possibly add some CNAME DNS records to Cloduflare to be able to proxy requests to Cloudfront through Cloudflare (I haven't personally tried this Cloudfront proxying part though)
This is true we do this where I work. We host everything on AWS but all our requests go through cloudflare first and then are sent over to our AWS servers. I think it was just a simple CNAME like you said, really easy
Yes
.. that's right plus if he uses cloudflare he might get to know about even more features
@@yourlinuxguy got to say, I think Cloudflare is pretty great! Started using their workers a bit as well, good stuff!

Marc me and my gf love this kind of videos. The more daily life you put in the better doesn't matter how boring it seems keep it up :)
Thank you for all the hard work and persistent effort Marc - let’s keep it going!! 🍀🍀
Very inspiring to see your journey! Keep crushing it! 🚀
When I hear about your struggles my heart rejoices, enjoy it man you deserve all of it and more!
I rarely meet people who inspire me that quickly and with such magnitude. Thank you, Marc!
Hi Marc.
Thank you so much, this has been inspirational to watch you and your words of encouragement.
Keep it going.
Great video Marc! Newsletter Saturday, video Sunday is an awesome habit
this gave me the motivation i needed to keep going today. thank you.
Love the content. All vids are just amazing. Keep up the good work!
So happy for you bro 🎉
I like this new format of mixing parts of your day with the content. As I work on building my own indie apps I found this video to be very inspirational. Keep them coming!
Continue comme ça Marc. Tu merites tout ton success. 🎉
Well done Marc. Impressive journey! keep it up. Bravo
Welcome to Japan! Hope you had a nice trip! Consistency is key!
Hey Marc, it was an awesome video a wholesome experience.
I would like to personally thank you for everything you have done, more than the revenue and numbers I love your humbleness and approach to things.
I personally have started learning to code although much thanks to AI tools but have started learning the whole process of building SaaS apps.
So a big thank you for everything you do. Much appreciated 😊
so wholesome marc, huge inspiration! i love seeing how you optimize for a great lifestyle rather than earning as much money as possible just for the sake of earning money.
Well done mate, keep up the great work!
Nice video Marc, wanna see more of those vlogs
Proud of youu ❤🎉
Well earned! Great work sticking with it and earning it 🎉
Bro you are my motivation! keep up with the vids and shipping apps!
It's easy to see the results right now and be envious/jealous. I appreciate the comments on this didn't happen overnight and all the doubt that can come when you have tough YEARS, not days, months - tough YEARS. Congrats man.
You are my inspiration. Keep ShipIt
Motivational videos that you can always learn from. Thanks Marc!Motivational and
Your videos are a source of great inspiration!
Super inspiring, thanks Marc!
Great work man respect on your success
You never talk about marketing
we need some free marketing tricks and thanks brother for the informations🙏🏻
This is by far your best video. So personable and motivating. I support you brother and wish you continued success. cheers!
Thanks man, you're pretty much my hero. I'm making the switch from web dev to building SaaS products for myself and your story is an inspiration to me.
YOUR HUMILITY AND TRANSPARENCY IS ONE OF YOUR STRONG POINTS. IT'S WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE.
ALSO GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU DIDN'T HAD A FRIEND'S WITH STRONG BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE NOR A BIG PRESENCE ONLINE. (FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN IN THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP SIDE OF TWITTER, WILL KNOW WHY I AM SAYING THIS)
Also it's all about sticking to the "script" and eventually something will happen.
Very inspiring Marc, congratulations by this long journey!
Continue with you great videos and I ask you to do again build in public live streams!
Best of luck mate!
Awesome video. It's inspiring to see you post your revenue and expenses; looking forward to the next video
Thanks for sharing man! good luck with sorting the bill out
am so glad i followed your channel, you inspire me to be more!! congrats and thank you!
Thanks to you I switched from web development (1 client at the time) to creating SaaS products. And I will stay persistent.
Thanks pal! Keep up the great work you do. You deserved the outcome you got.
Regards from London!
Hey, how did you find your client? I tried making several startups, but clients are the biggest issue every time :D
@@cryptobro_yt I was refering to my web clients. Both are from places I used to work (ex-bosses became my clients).
For me it was the best place to start. So try first in your circle, work, friends, fam etc. and then take it from there. I recently started advertising on FB, but it seems like those people are not serious. I advertise on google from now on and keep relying on word of mouth. Also, having portfolio helps.
If it comes to the startup/SaaS - I am new and still figuring it out.
I wanna know about the clients part as well, good to hear that you're doing good though!
Very encouraging, thank you for sharing !!!!
thanks for motivation man
great content Marc!
making 100k a month... hot asian wife... writing tech apps on a beach... this guy has hit all the bases...
You see it physically u don't c it mentally
such a inspiration, thank you
bro, your story is ultra inspiring and I'm not even a tech person. Keep going, you're motivating a lot of people.
Bro, come on! You be killing it!
Proud of you bro great work
Happy for you Marc....even with the money flowing in, you have gratitude for what you're receiving and still working hard to do more. Continued success!
Keep going further! Dont stop!
This guy is gold, protect him by all means!
Such an inspiration!! Let's get it boys
Deep work is literally the best book ever for an entrepreneur in 2024 !
Super amazing content Marc
Biggups dude. New subscriber here, enjoying the content
Wow, that tweet about you manifesting April 2024 gave me chills bro, you're incredible!
Such a good guy. Thanks for your inspiration :)
Marc, your ability to bounce back from the server hack and still hit impressive revenue numbers with Ship Fast is truly inspiring! Implementing robust security measures is key to protecting digital assets and ensuring business continuity. 👍
you're an inspiration man!
he is a legend! thank you
5:24 mount fuji view is crazy ngl
you inspired me to build my first app! hope to ship it soon
interesting. faith in yourself paid off in the end.
I'm on a similar path. flat broke. writing games. who knows if it'll pan out or I'll end up a penniless.
but what the hell, may as well keep it up.
I'm also in Japan too, Itoshima. Did you come to Kyushu? Recommended.
Awesome video! Already subscribed. Looking for the next video
Love these videos bro! Super inspirational to see a guy crushing it in life whilst not coming across as a guy who's trying to "flex" like so many entrepreneurs on the internet
nujabes for the background music 👍👍👍🙌 so smooth
Really happy to have found your channel! Thanks for the content you make - I'm in a spot where my coding skills are fairly weak, so I am looking forward to strengthening them and using ShipFast for a few product ideas. When it comes to ideas for new projects, can you make a video on your process? Thanks!
Good to hear that!
I wrote about startup ideas here if it helps: marclou.beehiiv.com/p/why-you-wont-find-good-startup-ideas
Thank you. It's inspiring! :)
Congrats man ur doing good
Congrats on such a huge April mate. I love Japan. One day I will be there spending the 3-month tourist visa while indie hacking around 😊
Great content. I like that you are completly tranparent about your journej. Thnaks :) Can I ask you to share what kind of gear are you using for creating those videos?
Super video Marc! As a solopreneur mysel , I’m very inspired by your work but I can’t help but see the strong correlation between your social channels (Twitter / YT) you built and your financial and business success, which makes it very hard to relate to. You built your personal brand for years around the idea of shipping fast and built up a following on Twitter of solopreneurs who want to ship fast, so it makes sense that Ship Fast would be your top bread winner, which has really been years in the making building up an audience ready to get it off the ground. But for those of us who don’t want to build up a social persona and stay private, how do you suggest we market the products we launch?
Not to take anything away from your success, but trying to find a way to learn from your experience while staying off social media mostly, thanks!
Hi Marc, You have an amazing youtube channel and I have learnt lot from you. I have question, what kind of tools you use to prototype your saas products? I mean like when you come up with an idea so which software you use to draw the product diagrams and everything else about that?
Hey Marc, can you make a video on how to find good problems for which we can create sass products and also validate them.
Man haven't listened to Nujabes for ages, glad to see people with the same professional interests have the same music taste :)
I am writing this comment for myself. I am a software developer who has been rejected from many jobs. In my country, you need to speak French to get a job ,they don't care about your skills. I changed my career to become a developer, but here I am, a developer without any job. I am at my lowest point; I need to help my family as they are waiting for assistance. With no money and little hope, I am determined to make it on my own. I will embark on a new journey to work on myself. I have decided to stop applying to jobs and instead create a plan to become a self-develope
Quite inspiring!
My first ever AWS hack was also gracefully handled by Amazon. They did force me to set up budgets and alerts, which was a good lesson overall. I think that was ~$3-4k!!
Is that vlog from the Jogasaki coast in Izu? I was just there a few weeks ago, looks just like it.
Jeez man you started a trend. With the difficulty of landing a software job for entry level and experienced developers, we are got to start seeing more devs doing their own thing until the table flips again. If you are a dev, Marc is showing us how to adapt. Blessings to you.
The award for the most shredded indie hacker goes to...
You get the most steps in a day badge, captain!
so aspiring! would love it if you could make a video on taxes as a solopreneur
Hello Marc, smart mouve youtube content que ca commence a payer et chapeau pour la consistance!
Another video! Let's goooo!!!!
great video. this is the content I enjoy to watch :)
Great content. ☺
That man is fire. Very inspirational and cheerful. Trying to do my own stuff too 😀
Happy to see your channel growing! How can you say you aren't smart lol?
I failed with my first post on HN but after your last video I relaunched and got almost 500 visitors in a week and my first paying customer. My post only had 3 upvotes but a few good comments for feedback. Only up from here. Thanks Marc!
Video idea 💡how you organise your projects ? Pen and paper or some note taking app? Cause I struggle with that. Getting started and keeping track or setting goals etc. Nice vids keep it up 💪🏽
Loving the nujabes music
You deserve it! There is also an issue with S3 buckets, will charge you if you have Bucket PUTs attack. Cloudfare and R2!
Marc, please become full time vlogger in Japan
Please can you do a video on your workouts and diet?
Thank you
You are on your way to become a millionaire. (or you might already be) I really look up to you Marc. you give me motivation to start my own SaaS business journey.
Can always trust someone who listens to Nujabes. Keep up the good work!
can you please insert a quick part about your home workout in a future video? that would be great
all i want is $1000/month now i think i can make it, thanks Marc👍 keep motivating us
Hey man, do you have any tips for generating and validating ideas? Any good books you'd recommend around this?
