Something else I would love to see, is for event organizer people to post information about local transport options for far-travelling folks who do not travel into events by car.
@@TheBBWarrior airport is not too difficult to find. I mean more along the lines of reliable local bus routes/trolley/cab once you have arrived nearest the site by plane or train.

Only thing I’d change is the amount of water, you can go through 2 litres pretty quickly
