How to format Pendrive using CMD?
1. Go to start menu or run
2. type "cmd"
3. then type "diskpart"
4. type "list disk" (choose your usb correctly if you dont want trouble with your hard drive)
5. type "select disk 2″ or 3 for example( the one with a size of 32,16,8,4 or 2 GB)
6. type "clean“
7. type "create partition primary“
8. type "select partition 1″
9. type "active“
10. type "format fs=fat32 quick"(wait until it formatted)
11. then type "assign“
12. finish and exit
