Fredo gave that man the money for drugs, who then gave it to the prostitute, and then she took it to church and the priest used it to snort cocaine, and then his daughter took it from him and it ended up back on the music video set with Fredo again (story reversed in the video). It shows how Fredo's road life and rap life are inseparable, and also how the money corrupts, since it was used for basically every possible illicit action on the way (drugs, gambling, prostitution)
