I love Tony but not eating any fruit or vegetables is a recipe for disaster. His weight loss is because he’s made sensible lifestyle changes & cut out the bulk carbohydrates/junk food. He’d look just as good if he was having fresh salad & some veggies to supplement his protein.
@@MarcusRowan-f1v I do agree with you about the veggies and to a degree the fruit - we need variety in our diets - perhaps he unintentionally mispoke about the point he was making ?
