People just look at cards and think that’s $30. When if you look at comps or sales there only like $10.00 Really stinks to see these. I feel bad to see these. Looked like some of these packs were about $50 maybe
I’m a very positive, optimistic guy but these were poorly priced by the repacker. It seems like only 1 out of 5 packs met the floor or higher. And some were just brutal and the repacker needs to make it right, somehow, someway. I assume he’s a good guy who just did a poor job of comping out his packs and was poor at calculating the floor and average price. It’s great of you Erik to take care of your team here!! They will appreciate it.
What I’m ok with in mystery packs 1. Cards that surpass value paid 2. Raw cards in great condition that equal what I paid You have to have an ability to profit. I didn’t mind the Green / Jung pack. Raw cards that I can get graded to profit, I’ll take it. But these $20-$50 packs are wild 😂 Maybe he comped off of highest sold?

I like the comps, I would have never guessed a pete alonso auto out of high end product is 30 bucks. Makes you wonder how many of these mystery packs people just screw everyone all the time. Good job Jabs to not just push these, collect the commission and move on to the next thing, I feel like a lot of people would have done that.
Sadly I think a lot of repackers aren’t being honest about floors . Ive seen this happen a lot, some people even try to hype up floors to make it seem like the buyer hit something nice.
I feel like he went by his COST on opening a ton of logofractor boxes and not what the expected resale value was. Only way I can possibly explain what happened here
That’s why I always make all my packs to be at minimum 100% Return of $50 price and put the ceiling around 250% on 3/15 of the packs made. I lose alittle but it makes it a lot easier to sell in bulk.
Seems, to me, like every pack is a floor ( or below ) other than the "hit-packs" that are claimed to be in there. Making me wonder, if even 1, $700 ceiling pack actually exists ?!?
That’s been my thought for some time now too. Instead of just outing the top-5 chaser type cards, give a comprehensive list of what’s in each pack. Full transparency is the key.

No lie, watching this break last night made me ill. My acid reflux acted up as my blood (pressure) was boiling. These chaser breakers should learn from bryce, make their lower end packs like bryce's stay classy 100 dollar packs. The chaser people tend to overestimate the value of the cards and its the people buying these packs who lose out.
Not to defend "mark" in any way, but mystery packs are a risk....BUT, he shouldve sent what he advertised. I think it was fraudulent on his part on not doung so bc he knew what he was sending out.
Sorry this happened, Erik. Folks, don't blame Erik please. He's a good man and an honest man. You can trust him to do right by you. The blame for these being what they are falls on the person that packed them and gave false information about the expected value.

The guy that made them stated what the top cards were, and said what the "floor" and "average" were which turned out to be mostly untrue. Why should Erik get shit? He not only wasted an hour of his time on making a video about these, but also definitely lost money because he could have been making a video about another product, and he's STILL giving everyone that wants it all of their money back. Now he's also going to have to ship all of it back, after he repacks it and hauls it all to the post office, and refund everyone, taking even more time and losing more money. I don't understand why you think any of this should reflect on Erik badly in any way. If anything it shows you can trust him to do the right thing and go above and beyond, which I can't say for a LOT of other card channels. A lot of card channels would say "Well it was a 'mystery' break so you get what you got. Sorry no refunds!".
Thanks Mike for the support! Mark has responded and wants all the packs back. Everyone will get refunded or they can use their payment to hop into tonight’s breaks. And I agree, this was a huge waste of my time. I could’ve used this time to work on other stuff that I’ve got to do for the channel.
Erik you did a great job! Maybe that guy comped the cards at listing price and not sold price. He at least was organized, everything was nicely packed and numbered.

Why would a repacker give you more than you paid. They won’t.
Well the Cole gold etch is a $150 card and the logofractr rookie packs easily topps $150. I think some had more value than you think. But yes, a little low
Yeah, I mean the product was a dud at the 180$ price point, but I do think Jabs was low on some of his estimations. And comp's don't necessarily tell the whole story. Cards go for a steal of a price in auctions all the time on Ebay. The other day I picked up a Jeremy Pena archives signature series card for 8 bucks, doesn't mean that's all it's worth.
Take the creator of these packs Valuation and cut it in half. For example. Ceiling is 400. Floor pack is $35ish. Average is $75. Im not even seeing his average pack price yet. To be fair. Every card should be returned and all money refunded. The creator/seller of these did wrong. But it’s Not fair to hi to have the 2-3 ppl keep the chase cards and everyone else gets a refund.

There are people that do repacks and try to get your money back because technically, you're just selling your cards. Then there are people who want to take advantage of others by saying there are a few chasers. Thinking people won't care about getting ripped off because of the chase is a gamblers' mentality, and the hobby needs to stay far away from those folks. I thought jabs gets checklists before he does repacks like this? Definitely doesn't seem like he did. I feel sorry for his customers after watching this.

Eric just to let you know I'm sure you k n o w most of the sellers start the bidding at 99 cents that is ridiculous so what you're seeing on most cars is maybe 40 Byers putting in a penny of 50 cents to buy the card and then at the end of the run the card is worth more but you're paying less because it's only $7.00 these people don't know how to start the bidding give me the radius I would never post a card for 99 cents being that you know how much the car is worth how are you going to put a autographed card rookie card of someone like Anthony Volpe or Christopher Morrell for 99 cents to start the bidding insanity
