@@coverstarcentral That would be extremely helpful for many. My rope on one side stretched considerably after one year and I was able to make the adjustment myself, but many are gonna end up paying the pool co and no one wants to do that 😊.

Is that an old style white slider but in the color black? I was working for coverpro in Southern California as there top technician and it took me a few days to realize that the old style white sliders started to come in black as well.
Since then I ventured off to start my own company. CoverWiz LLC.

Is this AI??? I say that only because the concise detail of the expainer not only sounds like a computer but there is no fluff or BS, it's straight to the point and doesn't miss a detail. If so at least the future regarding directions is bright!?? LOL

This is actually a script written by our experienced staff and passed through text-to-speech software! We're glad to hear our explanation is concise as the goal was to be as easy to follow as possible for those working on their automatic pool cover.

@@coverstarcentral Wow, really well done. Haven't tried it on the pool yet but since you've responded... COVERPRO... Do you know if that works the same as the COVERSTAR per your video? I understand there are only a few manufactures that make them so I am hoping! Two vendors quoted me 1k to fix it!

@@rlmrlm2491 There may be some similarities in product, but APC has some differences in guide feeds, motors, etc. The basic operation is ideally the same. Try calling our technical support for more information!
