There was only 750 serialized cards in this set btw. Crazy low odds. Store I work for opened an Emrakul serialized and we collectively flipped out shit.
My friend just opened Kozilek serialized #22 today and I picked his pack because of my good luck. Got a promo ulamog and borderless in my collector booster box

It's something like 1 out of every 8000 packs opened for a serialized

Yep I’ve seen a dude open 200 boxes and still no serial. He was making bank though by selling packs to people. A lot of em were paying $75 a pack just so they could open a pack and then pick a pack to keep. So if you change after the first pack you’re stuck with the second pack. Crazy those people could have just spent an extra $5 and kept both packs at a different stream.
That was my first flip-rip. Fk that was more intense than my first month down range.😂
These 750 serialised cards don't get pulled they get bought for over $2500 minimum

Watched another video of yours opening one of the old starter decks. I was obsessed with mtg in the early 90s in middle school. Loved playing a green monster deck back then. Wish is still had all those sleeves of cards i used to have. That video got me itching to start collecting again. And now to see the newer cards artwork, really makes me want to 😁

I cracked 3 boxes today of the regular play boosters. I got exactly 2 of each fetchland, 1-2 of each medallion (including the borderless Sapphire Medallion -- BEAUTIFUL!), an Emrakul, and 3 Ulamogs lol. It was a ton of fun.
Every time i watch one of these opening it makes me 1:open packs of some type 2:learn magic. One day i will try to get into magic. It just seems like so much info to understand.
Once you start playing you won't stop. It is that addicting. Been playing since 95 and it never seems to get old and if it does you take a break for a few months and it's all new when you start playing again. It is the best tcg in the world

I only ever bought one collector booster, a Return to Ravnica that I bought on a whim at my LGS, but I got a serialised card in it. It's nothing big though, just a 034/500 Dreadbore, but it was still a very cool experience
7:15, I just got in to Magic again for the first time since I was a kid, Ive been playing the Pokemon TCG for years though and those textured cards have always been my favorite in Pokemon so its so sick that they are in Magic now.
The more they open without one, the better our chances get. Keep opening streamers!!!

Orim's Enchant has the Full Face of the lady shown on the Nice White Medallion and if you look you can even see the Pearls falling away as in the other pic also.

I am a sole collector I love Magic and as well One Piece, love hate relationship with these hobbies. To all my brothers and sisters that can resist, the better and more for you and as well pass it along to me and to everyone else, these vids are just tease up until you feel, hold and rip that crimp for yourself that makes you wanna open another pack but you know you sniffing that gambling card board when you get a major hit will always be the rush and vibe of emotions.
Not knowing what madness was made me sad.... old school madness deck was crazy...If you discard that card you can pay its madness cost to play it instead.

After watching tons of MH3 openings, I think they made the textured cards more common. I would guess since they made the serial cards less common, they needed to fill that "rarity" slot.

Never played mtg as a kid.(born in ‘89) just now getting into it after watching all the vintage breaks. So weird knowing a bunch of kids I know bought these things as kids and treated them like dog shit lol Bought a starter kit so me and my son can play each other and learn the rules.

I don't know what's wrong with WotC but they go through cycles of not knowing how to foil cards well. They're back in the 'foil everything and make it completely illegible' phase and it's so sad.
