We sailed on Queen Elizabeth in September. We just booked a trip on Queen Victoria this coming September. We are VERY excited. We had such a good experience on QE, I cannot wait to experience QV!

Such a beautiful ship, we have sailed on the sister ship Queen Elizabeth a few times and have never been disappointed, so looking forward our cruise on Victoria in June. Thanks for a great video.
Excellent tour gents. Getting us in mood for Mary and Anne and then hopefully at some point Victoria. Thanks for sharing. Is Victoria your favourite Cunard?
Thanks for watching guys! Really hope QM2 and QA live up to your expectations. QV is our favourite Cunarder, both experiences on her have been very good - and she is very well maintained. Looking at the paintwork in the drone footage, she doesn't look like a ship that is nearly 14 years old! We looked to see if there was any availability on QA's Maiden, unfortunately not.
Looking forward to watching this later, we sailed with Cunard many years ago and always wanted to go back, so it will be very interesting to see what they look like now and your thoughts. Would you say things onboard are expensive compared to their competitors, for example Holland America Line? I know Cunard fares are more pricey compared to other lines, but I wouldn't want to keep spending more and more once onboard.
Hey, thanks for this comment! Hope you enjoy it :) as much as we love this ship, Holland America offer better value for money in our opinion. For example, HAL offer much fairer drinks packages which include shore excursion credit, wifi and speciality dining at two restaurants for $50pp per day. We also find service friendlier and more efficient with Holland America, but the service and standards of food is still very good. It's just not where it was once upon a time.
@@sailawaymag Thanks for replying, it's still a shame Holland America Line doesn't sail from the UK, otherwise I would have used them by now. However as I keep seeing so many good things I think we will have a look into them for later in the year
I wish we could sail on the original queen Mary, but this looks just as stunning thanks for making and sharing Dan and jay, it’s making me want a cruise right now
Wow amazing ship and amazing tour well done, I’d love to see some themed crusies, like 1920’s, or a murder mystery experience! Imagine dressing up and playing a real life version of Cluedo on there… epic!!
I was fortunate to cruise on Queen Victoria back in 2017 and loved it. Sadly, the ship will not be sailing in Australian waters anymore and Queen Elizabeth will be stopping too. Luckily, we've sailed on QE about 5 times and love it. She will be sadly missed by Cunard fans in Australia.
Wonderful Video!! Beautiful photography and color!! Yes , Queen Victoria is the ultimate in Class and Elegance!! That’s why I ONLY sail on Cunard. Love the gorgeous wood paneling and Art Deco styling !! Thank You for all your wonderful videos. You guys ROCK !!! MikeW
Thanks for watching Michael and for your kind words. We're sailing on Queen Mary 2 in November, and are excited to update our content of QM2 using our new camera equipment :)

@Sail Away with Dan & Jay I'm actually looking for a cruise for this year to include an 8 year old and I'm not sure this ship fits the bill for me but thanks for your videos as it helped me make a decision.
Yea we wouldn’t recommend any Cunard ships for youngsters unfortunately, however Royal Caribbean would be best for kids as they offer so many activities and kids clubs ☺️

QV October, loved QE , QA next year ❤ your vlog is great.
Lovely presentation, what a beautiful ship
I see myself going on there in the near future
Looking forward to the next one 👍
Thanks for watching Julie! You should definitely consider this ship :)
Being an older ship, it’s very classy, it’s one ship that I think I would love to go on
Thanks for watching Cliff! This is definitely a cruise ship we would recommend, just go with a clear credit card!
Has nothing to do with its age. The Carnival Fantasy ships are older and not at all classy.

I know you couldn't film inside them, but would you please tell me more about the children's areas please?

Nicely done: for the record Lido is pronounced leedo rather than liedo.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
It looks like this ship is catered more towards the older retired type customers
Thanks for watching and commenting!! Have you any any cruises planned for this year or next? ☺️
