Hello there, Alexis! I'm shocked you put Vader in B tier, but if you're considering just this movie, I guess it makes sense, haha. Also, I definetely agree with you that destroying a whole planet was one of the really annoying things Tarkin did LMAO. The fact that you also inclueded Max Rebo is hilarious, I love this video so much lol. I think my favorite character from that movie is probably Obi-Wan or Luke.

if this was one of the prequel movies, obi-wan would be in the superior tier. also, i feel like we don’t really get to see vader at his best yet in ep. 4, but if this was a tier list for ep. 5 or 6, he would be higher up for me!! there were definitely more characters to include, but i didn’t want the video to be too long 😂 thanks for watching!!
Awesome list. But the story of Star Wars is the story of Anakin Skywalker and the people he affected (for better or worse). Hard to have him below A tier.
Intresting list I gotta say. For me personally I probably would have put Tarkin in like B tier. His actor did a great job and I also just love the way he speaks and carries himself in the movie. It's probably more the fact that I like the actor than the character, I actually find Tarkin to be sort of obnoxious at times, especially younger Tarkin. But I really like how he is able to play the role of a (mostly) competent tactician, while in reality just being very arrogant. I actually used to think Tarkin was very intelligent, but I made to mistake to see cunning as equal to being intelligent, which is wrong. Compared to someone like Thrawn, who is actually intelligent, it becomes obvious that he is just cunning and vindictive. Which is probably why Palpatine liked him so much, he was in a lot of ways like a Sith in his ideology. I probably would have also put the Cantina band members in A if not S, because those guys literally created one of the most iconic piece of music there is. But besides that I find your list very relateable. Möge die Macht mit dir sein! For instance Thrawn and Tarkin, or Cody and Rex.
