Yes, EMF 5 needs all lights lit up. You can check your breath once you're in the ghost room. If you see smoke, it means it's freezing. You can use EMF reader and Thermo. EMF 2 will show once you're in the ghost room and below 10 degrees for thermometer.

No, it's also important to stay clam, try not too stress out and panick.
I wonder if Insanity Mode is really hard I've been playing with Hard Mode and it's starting to get easier once you learn about the equipments and know what you're doing
Yea it's pretty easy, just find an area where you can loop/go around in circles when the ghost is hunting If it's fast try to block one or two of the entrances with a camera (if its a small entrance, it wont work with wide/big ones) I played insanity mode in asylum and i survived most of the time
Specter is a pretty fun game, it scares me sometimes. Pretty cool experience, will definitely try phasmophobia in the future. Great video too, you're really good at this game.

this is an old version of specter, in the old version the sanity watch was always in your hand but now it's not
