Man From Oklahoma (1945) COMPLETE FILM Roy Rogers DALE EVANS Gabby Hayes TRIGGER

Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers, seeking fame in New York City, come home to Oklahoma to help stop a feud between Gabby and Dale's grandmother. Roy soon discovers that the feud is being fed by a crooked business man. Although there is no gun battle and not much fighting, this film features an exciting reenactment of the 1889 Oklahoma land rush. Also, the crook is caught by a clever twist during the finale on-stage show. Of course, Gabby is in there for laughs and the Sons of the Pioneers provide some songs and Roy spends a good deal of time getting Dale out of trouble (as usual). So, sit back and enjoy this clever contemporary western.

If I ever get a copy of the uncut version, I will upload it. Right now it eludes me, though. It is sad that they cut so much out of them! Usually music numbers and much of the plot!
