I really liked this episode. I definitely had worse memory issues, I think its improving, or I have learned ways to help myself. I told my husband, please remind me, help me remember important things. I use the calendar more and notes. As always, it's reassuring to know we are not alone in these struggles. Thank you.

Thank you for watching and commenting… You are not alone, Bobbi! Continue to set your environment up to help you be more successful. Put things in the same place, use your phone to remind you and set timers. And of course show yourself grace, you deserve it!
