DOOM PSX- Intro/E1M1: Hangar/E1M2: Nuclear Plant | No Commentary

I have been wanting to play this version of DOOM for so long. I had a copy of it for a while, then got rid of it because I never did find the time/patience/motivation to play it. Tried to replicate the experience through GZDoom- 4:3, resolution as close to the PS1 as I could get, and I had to keep fighting with it to where I gave up.
Now that I have a PS1 emulator- Duckstation, and the know-how to get ROMs working on it, I can finally play a different kind of DOOM.

Such a weird port. This and the Saturn version were the ways to play DOOM back then if you didn’t have a computer though.

I find it the most unique of the original ports. After playing the original version so many times, playing PSX is refreshing 🙂
