Hunter blessing on Sol in mid is OP man. At level 1 you can be hitting your opponent with basics for upwards of 90 damage per auto. If you're good with autos I'd recommend starting hunters blessing on her. You can still clear well so once you're done clearing you just get free poke with multiple autos and her 2
I disagree with "100% Warrior Tabi on ability based hunters" - especially with Transcendence, you only get 17 power less if you go Ninja Tabi (100 mana equals 3 power) AND you usually NEED attack speed from somewhere, especially if you're going to build non Crusher/Exe penetration. Also, it highly depends on whether your ability based hunter has high base damage or high scaling.
Also: Soul Eater >>>> Asi. 60 + (mana on Soul Eater + Trans) power > 0 power and 10 (15 at that time) pen 10% cdr on ability based hunters? Double lifesteal aswell as ability lifesteal ... on... ability... based.... hunters...................... Or are you relying on getting low? ;)
Love the guide, but I do have one thing to say about the start section. I would disagree that starting in lane is necessarily the way to get an early advantage. Some gods benefit a lot more from helping with the speed buff if they can afford to level an aggressive ability on level 2 to get the early kill. Isis, for example, can clear the speed buff, go to lane and clear the wave (likely faster than her opponent, due to her strong wave clear and basic attacks), level her stun once she clears the wave, and then proceed to kill (or at least force a back followed by a stolen red) the enemy because she has both a stun, a high damage line ability, and probably some extra minions to do more damage: all while the enemy is level 1 still. Like I said, this applies generally to gods who can be very aggressive at level 2. Your point remains true for gods like sol, though, who get most of their aggression from their passive and first ability.
Amazing stuff man. I really don't understand how you're not getting more traction than you are. You put out regular, condensed, concise (yet holistic) guides that do away with the fluff and stick to the point. You'd _don't_ berate about giveaways, likes, comments or subscriptions. You don't strain your videos to reach a certain length just to reach the monetisation thresholds - conversely, I think you do your utmost to keep the content of your videos relevant and to the point. Please do keep up the amazing work :D. What's next on the menu, in the wake of the lane guides - if I may ask?
Nice guides i just downloaded this game, this helps alot for me as a noob. WHO Knows mechanics thorugh Other Games but no macro or Game/itemknowledge at all
So excited to see the carry role because I've been playing this game like crazy for the past few days. ULLR is my main and I'm just trying to be the best I can be for my team! Love these videos you got yourself a sub!
ADC in Smite basically means the same thing as Carry, it's the dude in Duo lane with the support. The actual definition for it is Attack Damage Carry, which is a term carried over from League of Legends.
These are awesome. Getting some friends to start switching up roles so we aren't playing the same game for 5 game straight and these are a great crash course for the roles.
Warlocks, Pen Boots, Demonic Grip, Bancroft's, Spear of Desolation/Obsidian Shard, Rod of Tahuti/Hastened Ring Ob shard against tanks, Desolation against more squishies. Hastened Ring for more AA-based and Tahuti for more ability damage.
I like more ability damage for Sol yeah, she gets plenty of attack speed just from the passive and swings harder with each auto cause of more power. You can go like ability based with a Hastened Ring though, I like that.
Inters3ct thanks. I’ve been a mid lane main for a little while. I’m not that good though. Trying to get better with chronos now. But sol and I have had a blast.
In league of legends I used to take teleporter can i do the same thing with conquest ? Also who mechanically difficult to use that will win me games no matter what item changes beside morrigan?
One mage that cant work in midland is Au Kuang. His kit won’t be able to out farm the minions and be able to box level 1. Hi res really needs to change him to assasin given how he works better in the jungle then the mid lane. I say this because it’s an example that not every mage god works in midland.
I use meditation as my first relic against low cc gods so that I can stay and farm longer then them. Is this wise or not worth it. I play Scylla a lot so I'm usually ready to run if need be
I'm quite late but I figured I might as well see if anyone had feedback for this Chang'e build. In purchasing order: Warlocks Staff CDR Boots Rod Of Asclepius Chronos Pendant Obsidian Shard Rod of Tahuti
Mocha Macaron ooo well what are you looking for in chronos, ima sol main so i have a mage damage attack speed build but are you looking for attack speed or just burst ability damage
Mocha Macaron funny enough chronos pendent is great for your cooldowns, it gives a lot of damage and is good for burst damage mages, you can run it in an attack speed build. i dont use chronos, but i use to enough mages to tell you chronos pendent is a good choice, but the rest of your build is interesting
Mocha Macaron oh nah not at all im not ragging on it i just dont play chronos lol. but i play enough mages to know the items and builds and from what i hear you either suppose to run chronos damage or attack but it seems you have a mix going on
Mocha Macaron personally I feel like you're building pen a bit too late for if the support is aggressively helping the mid lane, rod of asclepius can work well but I'm not sure if delaying obsidian till 5th item is a good idea
I think both are viable, I tend to play Sol more ability-based poking with the 2 rather than going in with auto attacks so I like the CDR and ability damage. Hunter's is probably better the later the game goes though.
by going mage's blessing you literally bet everything on your 2 and ult where as hunter's blessing benefit from your 1 and 3 too which is really important after you've used your 2 you literally have nothing but with hunter's you always have something
Well Hunter's benefits from the heat on the 1 and 3, Mage's gives them extra damage. Granted you don't always land the damage from those abilities but it can be worth something. Early on I put a lot into her 2 and ult to burst people and later it doesn't matter as much cause the Blessing gets sold. But like I said both are viable for sure.
Inters3ct you are definitely the most informative smite player I watch on RUclips. Always give me something new to think about and I've been playing for like two and a half years.
Just an opinion but it was really hard to watch when the screen kept blurring out every time text came up. I wanted to listen to what you were saying while also watching the footage... :/
I'm always looking for new of your videos (even asking for them in another "youtubers/streamers" videos).but mid laners... the guys in casual and low ranked matches are the ones that blame it on the team for being ganked :P just jk, great video as always, waiting for a new top video (could you do something about items that are useless even as situational? I think it could be fun but also will show new players which items to avoid)
The removed video was the Support guide, it only uploaded part of it not all of it so I removed and reuploaded it, I need to take that removed video out of the playlist I guess.
Oh ok, thanks for clearing up the confusion. Still I will wait for the hunter guide :P. Also I hope hirez take some community god concepts like Castor and Pollux
You make great videos but it is hard to understand your accent. Sometimes i miss the video, because i am fully concentrated to understand what you are saying. Would you consider using a script?
I do script these guides for the most part, other videos aren't scripted but there's a tonne to cover in these so I script most of it to make sure I don't miss anything. Also I'm not colorblind lol, I prefer the look of the interface on colorblind mode and have never been bothered to change it back.
I would, both Staff and Book of Thoth are viable on him IMO cause of the passive. Thoth gives more raw power but Warlock's gives more HP and survivability. I prefer staff on him personally.
You forgot about wards!!!! I need people to know that wards are a thing! I’m sick of being mostly the only person that wards in my games. As a mid main, my wards are probably the most important, but still so many deaths would have been prevented if enemy speed buff or the area between enemy red and purple were warded.
I saw her say bye and you respond the same, I thought she was sour not gonna lie. If I'm doing bad my buff isn't exactly gonna help me much tjough so a good decision.

He's not getting "more traction" because he's a smaller content creator and his content isn't as high qualoty as you think. Stop the brown nosing.
It’s because he’s talking about smite not fortnite.
SMITE dead game, omegalul.
Lol smite still not dead yet and better than ever:)

What would be a good way to build chronos??
Warlocks, Pen Boots, Demonic Grip, Bancroft's, Spear of Desolation/Obsidian Shard, Rod of Tahuti/Hastened Ring
Ob shard against tanks, Desolation against more squishies. Hastened Ring for more AA-based and Tahuti for more ability damage.
Does Tahuti work against structures? Because it DOES say "Targets" instead of "Gods or Minions" for the passive.
Inters3ct thanks man. Do you find that ability damage sol is better then aa sol

Mages blessing on sol!!?!
Hunter's blessing is better your autos will hurt like hell and you still still outpush your opponent at the same time
I think both are viable, I tend to play Sol more ability-based poking with the 2 rather than going in with auto attacks so I like the CDR and ability damage. Hunter's is probably better the later the game goes though.

Is rod of tahuti required for a competitive mage build in Season 5. I played Season 3 and I remember everyone would build it.
It got changed so it's not that great anymore, you can build it but it's definitely not necessary.
Just an opinion but it was really hard to watch when the screen kept blurring out every time text came up. I wanted to listen to what you were saying while also watching the footage... :/
Its almost like he wanted you to be able to read the text.
These videos are really helpful, keep it up :)
Which lane is shorter? (Distance between towers) Solo or mid?
They're pretty much the same but Mid is slightly shorter I think.
On ability based hunters why so much liftsteal and pen?
Love your vids mate
They need to put these videos in the learn tab.
Great tutorial, really helped me!
I picked up Persephone from a free god chest and I found mid to be one of my favorite roles
Good vid man

Deathmian A.A That video would be pretty useless, so please don't.

Very helpful

Mostly. Builds are obviously a few months out of date, rest of it is basically good to go. Won't be remaking this until Season 6 so your call.
