Another point to make about jungling is that a gank isn’t necessarily a failure if you don’t get a kill. Forcing the enemy mid or solo to back can help your guy get a lead and give you an opportunity to invade enemy camps a lot more safely.
Joseph Fernandez literally though lmao I get messages from laners because I was going for jungle buff on the other side of map and he died because he rushed. Didn’t even mention a gank.. I was helping solo laner get his buff

@@antonkazda Unfortunately, robbing the enemy team of xp is part of the game. The best thing you can do is ward (ALWAYS) and inform your team when there are enemies in your jungle. If they completely deprive you of xp and are several levels above you, play defensively and help your teammates defend their lanes until you are strong enough to fight again. Or just f6 and try again.
Also have thick skin cause just like the support everything will be your fault no matter what. It doesnt matter if u were dead and u just spawned amd they already lost the team fight so u go to your speed u should have teleported from base to the enemy to chase!!
Something that might help players is speaking about how to play Jungle from behind. I mostly play Mid and I know that for lane roles, playing from behind isn't too bad because enemy minions will continue to spawn and you still have reliable farm. For a Jungler though, if your teammates are falling behind in lane and the enemies are invading the Jungle constantly, your farming is gone. How would you come back as a Jungler? I don't Jungle too much anymore, but I was a Jungler main in Season 2. I usually did it by warding a choke point in the Jungle and coordinating with my teammates to pick off an enemy (but avoiding a team fight) that was trying to steal a camp. After killing them, I'd ward ahead of where we killed them and try to reclaim a mid camp so that I'd have a small, but sustainable route I could farm and would also have great vision in that area. Obviously the map has changed since then and the god pool has doubled too so this probably isn't how it's done anymore (and maybe it was never the best way to do it too). So what is the best way to play from behind as a Jungler?
Started playing Smite recently and I'm a jungle main in LoL. Wasn't sure how to start in Smite so tysm for this awesome video! Also I'm glad to hear Ratatoskr is a strong jg pick because I've really gravitated towards the little furball.
The growth of your channel over time is unbelievable , I've been following your channel since i found your Kali build on SmiteFire. Keep the good work up bud!
I am a firm believer that Sol jungle can work very well, a lot of damage, decent sustain with her 1, decent CC (slow and knockup), and is hard to catch out since she becomes immune with her 3. Also, let's face it, Ao Kuang is only a Mage because HiRez says "no magic damage assassins REEEEE"
One thing I wanna know is when you have cleared your camps and there is no camp to do on both sides, do you gank a lane or share waves with someone else until your camps come back up? I can feel kinda lost as a newbie jungler
If you are ahead, you could consider invading, but that can be risky. If all of the camps have been cleared, it shouldn't take too long for them to respawn. However, if the camps are on too long of a wait, you can go gank a nearby lane or two so you can help out your teammates or just go back to the fountain and finish up some items etc. If your whole team is ahead and the game has lasted longer than just a few minutes, your team may be able to try to secure an objective (pyro, gold, oracles). Sharing waves is something I don't find useful as a jungler because you end up getting less xp than clearing camps and the person in lane also gets less xp from the minions since you are taking part of theirs. EDIT fixed grammar
FreedomFighter08 From my experience as a jungler (which is a lot) there shiuld always be something to do. If camps are cleared, you can farm in there jungle if you know they are safe, you could make a ward attempt on there back harvey and speed to track the junglers position to make ganks easier. You could try and save a teammate from death, make a gank attempt on a lane, take middle harvey camps. If there is no one on your lane, like if the solo or mid backed or died, you could take those kinions yourself, seeing as no one else can, but I would never share minions with others, as there are more things you can do, and your laner will lose exp. Your goal is too make sure you win the lanning face in early jungle. You want your team levels ahead.
That's great. I've always wanted to get into conquest but anytime I try I feel like idk what to do and don't help my team enough. Maybe I can give it a shot again.
My issue as a jungler is my team getting upset when I don’t help them. I’m trying to farm because I know that’s my main source of xp, but some teammates get extremely angry when I don’t go to their lane. I’m talking “reported” angry or spamming “you rock!” They don’t say gank or anything like that, so I came to this guide to figure out what’s wrong with me. But I do exactly this, and gank at my own discretion.
What if enemies (mid, solo, and jungler) clear out camps? What should I do? Do I have to gank and help laners clear waves? Or invading? (Newbie jungler here)
Squidward Tennisballs well he did say always try doing something rather than standing around so yeah if all the camps are taken gank a bit and always call to your teammates to take this jungle buff so they aren’t just sitting there when you clear them
@@peterd4047 This! As a solo laner I HATE when jungle drops my blue and doesn't ping and it just decays. This causes me to possibly recall minutes sooner than I'd like to or have to fall back to tower due to mana issues. If your jungling try to make it clear your dropping buffs

Speed camp harpies blue buff mid harpies damage harpies by dmg and repeat let duo get their buff themselves unless you can get it early on while they're in lane
I wish i had a video like this when i first started Jungling. It's a lot better than just getting yelled at by your team for not knowing what you're doing. lol
I am bit of a smite noob, but a hardcore HotS Flex player so while transferring over I have been trying out alot of roles and gods, I just wanted to briefly bring up Artemis, I find her great in the Jungle, I love her and Arachne for their traps allowing you to cover your back as your roaming the map. But I am getting off topic, hunters can work in the Jungle, I do find Artemis's camp clear to be pretty excellent when you have all your abilities unlock
Junglers (at least for the last few years) need early game clear and kill potential in some capacity to be viable. Artemis clear sucks too much to work, also most Hunters need to stack to reach their full potential which hurts their earlygame even more. If you're new an Artemis jungle could work but any decent Assassin player will abuse the fact you can't clear early and gank hard, invade all your stuff and snowball the game to a point where you can't come back.
I have an amazing hun bats build after you use an abitlity you can get up to a 1297 crit that’s the highest i have got so far it also has 10 pen and around 40 more cooldown

Relating to what you said about hunters, I think its genuinely just a very hit or miss class. I play xbalanque jungle and honestly he's fantastic and I'm better than my friends in jungle (which isnt really saying much lol) he's good because his dash can get him across the jungle or lane super fast while his ult is beautiful for ganking, but i can't picture like say Artemis as a jungle at all (I'm welcome to being proved wrong). I think theres room for hunters and they could be a fantastic pick but only if its a god who's abilities can work there.
I think the reason why Artemis might not work for you but Xbal does is mobility, xbal has a cc immune dash and a good ult to help if needed. Artemis doesn't have a dash or leap, and relies a lot on her ult to escape. That's just my thoughts though.
I am new to smite and I feel these are great guides thanks for the help I am a complete noob when it comes to jungling. Would Amaterasu be fine while jungling? I generally suck at Physical gods but Odin and her are the only two I have a little bit of experience playing.
She's not the best Warrior for Jungle, her early game isn't great compared to most Assassins and Warriors like Cu Chullain or Achilles, she does have a really good late game if you can get her there though. Ama fits better in Solo lane IMO.
Devos I would say no, especially since most Junglers are ability-based and the lifesteal isn't that great. Transendence is good though if you're ahead on an ability based Assassin like Susano or Ratatoskr.
A rule I use as support is if the enemy support is dead or gone I'll rotate; assuming my carry isn't in a bad spot and my team has warded well. Other than that, from my understanding, gain a feel match by match of what your team needs. Like how they're doing in lane, where your jungler is and what the match ups are. Hope that helps some
You forgot to mention split pushes Some assassins and au kuong are very efficent at taking down towers and a late game split could get your team some more pressure.
something he didn't explain that i'm slightly confused about is. i came from league of legends so just helping push lanes will get u flamed at hard but ive heard just going and pushing in smite is a good thing because gold is shared. is this misinformation from other low lvl players or do u just go randomly push.
I've played a bit of League and yeah you usually won't get spam pinged for taking 1 last hit like you do there. It used to be that splitting was THE way forward, but they nerfed the efficiency of splitting a while back and now it's less common but you can still share 1 wave every now and then if you are passing through or pressuring the lane. Just don't go overboard or people might get a bit mad. In Smite you share XP and you share Gold. You don't need to last hit to get gold, you just get more for a last hit. So 2 man splitting gets gold for both of you whereas in LoL you only split XP as far as I know, only the last hitter gets the gold.
Any specific advice for ao kuang? What build do you use? Have been playing him quite a lot recently trying to improve. I do okayish but tend to become irrelevant late game due to often being Effed up quickly by enemy mages/ hunters. Any advice? Cheers mate. 😁
Ao's late game is insane, play him like your typical Assassin. Blink's great to engage and save the dash for running, but you can engage with the dash as well. You can burst people with the 2->3->Autos->Ult combo that will kill any squishy in a few seconds lategame. Just gotta not get CCd while you're trying to land the kill. Items, heavy burst stuff is great: Pen Boots, Spear of Deso or Spear of Magus, both are good. Ob shard against tanks. Soul Reaver and Ethereal Staff are good for extra burst damage. You can also try Soul Gem and/or Bancroft's Typhon's combo for a lot of lifesteal and power. Depends how you wanna go really. But bursting a single target as fast as possible is your goal, then use the Ult's mobility to reposition and engage again once your cooldowns are back up. Then rinse repeat.
Inters3ct Gaming Ah alrighty thanks mate. With his skills, i normally max out his 3 first for faster clears, his 2 maxed 2nd and his ultimate last since the threshold is constant. Is that right ? Or what order do you do skills?
I highly recommend Doom Orb as your first item (after assassins blessing of course) on Ao. You’ll wanna sell it late game, but the new passive is great for a jungler
She's actually a very well rounded character, she's not insane at any stage but is pretty good at all stages of the game. She's more early and mid game but she still has a good lategame teamfighting presence with her Ultimate.
honestly, kali isnt as much of a late game god as she used to be anymore, she is actually pretty strong early aswell, a very interesting build ive seen goin around is all 4 of the swords and no boots tried it once and it fucks.
noah vanooijen boots are still pretty much a must especially early-mid. Not because boots give such good stats, but because they give such good stats at such a low gold cost. If anything still build them early and sell them late game for a Katana. But I bet in arena where you get a ton of gold anyway, the Katana build would wreck face.
I only use them sometimes on attack speed focused gods really. Maybe on a Bakasura but that's about it. The extra power from Warrior Tabi is usually better on most gods and you can pick up plenty of attack speed later in the build.
feeding means you died alot to the enemy and had less kills than deaths.. tho you can't get reported for feeding unless you do it on purpose dying on purpose
IMO it's still the best Blessing to get. The 35% bonus damage makes clearing soooo much faster, if you don't get it your clear suffers and you won't be able to farm as fast. Not to mention the 10 pen is pretty nice as well.
Inters3ct Gaming hey man don't try responding to people like this guy. No one believes what people like this say and they will shittalk you to try to cushion their egos. You are wasting your time responding this person has no intention to learn from you. You are going to see this a lot the bigger you get. You just have to let it roll off and be confident in yourself
If u want to be the one that carries all of your games then go jungle, if a team doesn't have a good jungler then they will most likely lose. Almost Everytime I don't go jungle we will lose cause of no lane pressure or the jungle keeps feeding. And junglers don't carry wards for some reason, EVERYONE needs wards, or else how will u know when to push, gank, or invade. And if u see the enemy team is collapsing on u don't keep 1v1ing their support, get the fuck out of there.

You forgot to mention split pushes

Honestly split pushing in Season 5 is kinda dead IMO, you really need to be there for teamfights or your team will just lose.

So 2 man splitting gets gold for both of you whereas in LoL you only split XP as far as I know, only the last hitter gets the gold.
i see that helps a lot thanks.

That's exactly right. The execute threshold doesn't increase as you level the ult so levelling the others first is best.
I highly recommend Doom Orb as your first item (after assassins blessing of course) on Ao. You’ll wanna sell it late game, but the new passive is great for a jungler
Inters3ct Gaming Thanks Mate.😀
Great video thanks!
Any advice on nemesis in the jungle role?
yeah press left click and they all are fked
Mohamad Shmaysani youre not wrong as soon as i did that everyone elses computers crashed😂
LMAOO facts
What type of jungle is nem like is she better at late or mid game then early
She's actually a very well rounded character, she's not insane at any stage but is pretty good at all stages of the game. She's more early and mid game but she still has a good lategame teamfighting presence with her Ultimate.
Inters3ct Thank you!!!
No prob
I loved the solo and jungle guides, you should do the other roles, specially hunter hehehe
Remove every key on your keyboard except 'W', V, E and L. Put a weight on your LMB and go take a piss. Ez win
Inters3ct Gaming lol, do support then hahaha
Good stuff!
honestly, kali isnt as much of a late game god as she used to be anymore, she is actually pretty strong early aswell, a very interesting build ive seen goin around is all 4 of the swords and no boots tried it once and it fucks.
noah vanooijen boots are still pretty much a must especially early-mid. Not because boots give such good stats, but because they give such good stats at such a low gold cost. If anything still build them early and sell them late game for a Katana. But I bet in arena where you get a ton of gold anyway, the Katana build would wreck face.
It’s always the ADC. I’ve never ever had a mid or solo rage at me the way feeding ADCs do.
I like Ninja Boots on certain junglers, I think they fit very well
I only use them sometimes on attack speed focused gods really. Maybe on a Bakasura but that's about it. The extra power from Warrior Tabi is usually better on most gods and you can pick up plenty of attack speed later in the build.
Inters3ct Gaming I'll check that out, it's not so important on my level of play
I have a question what does feeding mean in this game because i got reported for it and i dont even know what it means.
feeding means you died alot to the enemy and had less kills than deaths.. tho you can't get reported for feeding unless you do it on purpose dying on purpose
steveknight well i was on my phone so i get why (as in i was using my phone while fighting)
God fuck, your voice and the way you speak. Goddayum
Good Job.
i stopped playing league, i jungled there. so i wanna jg in smite.
any tips peeps
Thank you.
You're welcome my dude
"There are 2 boots to choose from" thank for thinking about Ratatoskr -.-
(This is a joke don't take it srsly)
lol i thought this too, like what about my mofuckin acorn fam?
He doesn’t need it, his acorn gives him powers lol
Bloodforge?
Ryan G yes
Is looking a good jungler
The junglers "main" instalock jungling always so you never get the chance to jungle and end up playing solo or support with top dmg
You messed up getting tier 1 boots first, your better off get mace first for the 10 physical power and then get 2 health pots and 1 mana pot
I put that as an option, I never said you *had* to get boots. I also said Mace and Katana are viable starts.
Wait. Ravana is a warrior? Could have sworn he was an assassin
Oh shoot this is season 5 not 7 lol
Your first sentence=my first laugh
nice vidoe
I think people don't realize what putting pressure where needed means
Can I have some help u never really mentioned awilix
Ask Weak3n, Kumbha Jungle works well!
Tonaldo really doesn’t. Don’t be dumb lol it was a dono game play in casual
Sorry, but Freya is and it will always be a really nice jungler. She's a jungler from before all the other non assasin heroes
Do a duo lane comp
For hunters
I hate all the jungle roles right now I prefer arachnie and Mercury
In paragon tanks were the main junglers and I hate the fact that assassins are the main junglers in smite... now that Paragon is dead
#RIPParagon
Okay
Missone shotKill ?
Unfactual
I played everyone but tanks in the jungle. That's why the assassins were classified as junglers
I think u got the idea from bricky and made ita ur thing gj
I never gank enough
The jungle in smite is 10x as awesome as it os in lol
Solo guide plz
Kat Woman he did one. He has done solo and jungle so far I think.
With the new game updates, please make a new video sometime. I'll subscribe
any subtitles..
HF L- you can’t understand English?
I can read and write Eng, but weak at listening, especially connected tone. Can only understand if he speak word by word.
He gets it wrong from the very beginning. It isn't the feeding ADC that yells at you, it is the feeding solo. God, get your facts right.
Make a Mid lane guide, I truly believe the role to be the most difficult role of Smite.
do a mid guide
‚Spoonfed 6 Minions‘ dislike
Lmao i love stealing the opponent's camp
😢
Adc guide plsssssss
Hold mouse 1 and know when to retreat.
Hit autos
nerf nemesis
Make me A PRO Daddy
You don’t need assassins blessing on thana get yo fact str8
