Glen’s demons took a back seat when he was on stage.. he continues to work his magic..for me anyway. He is my comfort blanket and watching him perform soothes my soul. 😍

You know? So many of us focus on what he could weave and spin and spell with a guitar... It was plenty... Meanwhile, I am glad that you shared this so that I could remember what a fine and moving voice he gave us. Thank you very much!!

    What a talent.
Met him in 1967 backstage. He was friendly and gracious. I only recently found out about his part in the Wrecking Crew and how many hits he played on. Amazing.
    RIP Glen!

Watch Elvis do this same song, difference between #1 or #20 or whatever he was. Night and day difference.

Elvis brings huge power, energy and emotions into this song, Elvis makes any song "his own", he is the master. Glen is an excellent musician, but Glen's version is boring and he seems not to hit the notes
