Agree, it’s really weird because in every other esport your favorite players stay on certain teams for years, but in apex time feels short for players on teams.
@@coldloner7453 its because in other esport orgs (mostly) player change are something to discuss about with the orgs in apex it seems like player can drop another player which is shocking to me too because i jsut started to deep dive into apex a year ago
It's ironic that so many players care about winning but don't seem to understand that you need to fail together as a team and be better together in order to truly succeed. You don't get to just bunnyhop to a team that you really like and just "expect" to win it all.
@@Lrobert152 apex is the only esports that i've seen this happen in personally. during the first season of the overwatch league, the shanghai dragons went on the longest loss streak in history, or esports history i can't remember. but they stayed together the entire time, until the end of that season.
@@pwnmclovin1 happens in most esports. rocket league, siege, league, val, etc. esports is just very volatile and unlike traditional sports money can be a huge issue for players. anyone in waltzys position would have taken the deal, for one, u are teaming with the 2 best players in the world, and on top of that probably have one of the highest salaries in the entire esport. if u dont do content creation in esports or have another means of income, u probably wont be able to stay with whatever team u want. people seem to think that pro players make a lot of money, but most of them dont, especially for the amount of hours they have to put in.
Seriously, they had so much potential. It is like making it to the NBA Finals, dominating game 1, not performing super well and then blowing up the whole team and everyone leaves... Like what? Build off of that success and potential and give it another go or two before deciding if it works or not. It seems so many orgs are just looking for "super team/win now" and it isn't working out.
I haven’t kept up with pro apex until i found these kinds of videos from timmy for moist. Really makes me love a game i haven’t even played on years. Really really great videos and stories told.
Straight up. It’s like a mini documentary bringing back stories and plot with good angles on gameplay and commentary/perspectives from a large amount of ppl all tuned in to the event 👌
The storry was sad but beautiful you guys were goated, THE DOJO IS GONA WIN LAN AND DESTROY BLGS (with gen and blgs 2 with Rambeau) you got this timmy and the boys❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

I love that most of if not all of the teams get along or at least are chill with each other and give each other props IRL. GG's Timmy you did your best and thats all anyone or yourself could ask for
gave up on the game when reached pred in first two seasons of ranked. gave up the game cause of cheaters in the game at that time and dont plan to go back. but man watching timmy these past few weeks and his story. I really believe one day he will lift the trophy
For as much shit as i give dezignful….his one redeeming quality is that he sees the previous potential him and timmy had as teammates. Acknowledging that chemistry is a humble thing to do. When timmy wins we will know nothing was ever given to him he had to work for that. LETS GO BOYS!
I think the problem was they didn’t have a very good movement and accuracy skill because there were moments they could turn the table around but they couldn’t move well but anyway ways GG 👏🏽
Can only imagine what the storyline would've looked like if they had just stuck it out till atleast champs... But excited to see The Dojo back in business, especially with Gen playing (provided visa issues are resolved by then hehe)
Timmy is just a great leader!! Never too aggressive and has amazing impulse control. Stays positive through the good and bad, which is VERY hard to do. Let’s GOOOO Timmy 😎💪🏽🔥🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
Timmy's co-IGLing was so good this tourney, yet wxltzy never gave him credit during the interviews (would only ever call Timmy a "cracked MnK player," nothing more), and now wxltzy still finds time to trash talk timmy here and there (saying stuff like "don't think anything of dojo's map movements, because they dont have a single IGL").
Do you think the new drop ship style for lan makes it harder for good teams to show their true colours? I mean you can get a horrible poi pick and get sheit zone pulls most games which limits you. I'd like to see full on gun fights from dropship again and not this current style of loot and move off.

Imagine Gen being the one to finish up Timmys bronze to pred challenge and now coming full circle to winning lan together...what a story it would be

i remember that. Genburten was solo queuing hoping he would get on timmy team so he can help him. Was legendary type shit
