    Mind you, I was already doing corks before this, so I already had some feeling on how to approach the movements. This is me landing it after not having done it from this very setup for years. So it's a relearning process.

    Cool man! I like doing one trick sessions to! That’s where the best progress comes!😊

      Yeah, these type of sessions are quite useful whenever I feel I have the prerequisites. Just force the trick out like that.

      It sure is, I was sending it from masterscoot everytime. Didn't what was happening at all. This is way more controlled. Will try to progress more with this

      Very useful underrated trick, it turns into cork/cork round quite easily once you attack the setup a bit more

    This is how I'm trying to learn cork too. I'll try some of your tips next session 😁

    • @TatsuNovice
      @TatsuNovice  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yes! This is the not scary vert kick style of learning. For the swing9 I swing towards the camera, for the cork I swing more towards the direction I came from. Also speeding up the leg and arm swing helps alot with turning this into cork! Looking forward to seeing you land it

    This has been very helpful and it looks like you’re doing a Dragon Punch when launching. Does that help?

    • @TatsuNovice
      @TatsuNovice  5 месяцев назад +1

      My arms just do what I would normally do for any swing setup. I try to swing them upwards along with my swing leg. You could pull one arm over like a dragon punch and generate more flip, bur wasn't my focus. All I did was try to land it. Still needs work obviously!

    Is it normal to b able to only rotate one direction or do u learn it going both ways?

    • @TatsuNovice
      @TatsuNovice  20 дней назад

      Going one way is hard enough, let alone rotating both ways. If you want to rotate both ways however, practice one first and then the other.

    i can’t do a gainer but can i still do a cork? (can you give tips)

    • @TatsuNovice
      @TatsuNovice  10 месяцев назад

      It's possible as shown in the video. You do need a good setup however. Mastery of the setup is crucial to set height and flip for the actual trick. Doing swing 9's and just trying to do the setup faster and more powerful helps me get onto that cork axis. Thid might not worl for you however... I would suggest training the setup along with swing 9 and then once you can do swing 9 everytime, increase the intensity of the setup. Reallg start attacking the setup harder. This should make you flip. Hope this helps!
