Clean exterior, functional interior, great closet/bathroom, nice living/dining room... Unfortunately, most dealerships have similarly equipped RVs for about half the price. But... you guys _are_ setting the standard!

Hey Donna thank you for your reply! that is great to hear! I also would like to know how powerful it is when MB is with 4 x 100 watt for all your appliances. Is it more than enough to go through the whole night to the morning when it is fully charged with solar?
Man Lee, Your water heater, refrigerator, stove, and furnace can run on propane. The microwave will need the generator as will a coffee pot if you use a traditional brewer. Air conditioner will also require the generator. How long the propane and battery supply lasts depends on demand, of course. In most cases, you will have enough to go through a night if you start topped off. Thank you. - Donna
LTV: You say one might be able to make it through a single night?? All this money? I was interested until I read your reply to Man Lee. I've heard that many campgrounds don't allow the generator to run between 10p and 6A...so what do I do if it's really hot/humid and I need to run the air all night? Gee, very disappointing.

Yes! The ladder starts too high off the ground! Either start it lower or provide an extention!
That mirror is gonna crack when using the dining table other than that leisure travel vans has some very bright designers.

I've been watching your videos and circling around the idea of buying one for a few years now, even though I've never traveled in an RV . From my research and inquiries your products specifically your MB is most definitely in a separate class amoungst most others. With the exception of perhaps 2 or 3 other manufacturers.

Kinda like Audi, BMW and Mercedes.
I have a few questions if I may .
~ Why not make the slide out slightly longer so as to avoid the split in the mattress?
~ How reliable is the slide out? I know you now make another model without one
~Both lounge systems seem like they could be slightly improved. Meaning, while the removable cushions in the non upgrade seem nice? What keeps them in place?
~On the upgrade seating, both the seats and smaller table and its support look slightly fragile. Specifically, would it stand up to rigorous living and travel?
All that being said, after looking at your beautiful unit along with Pleasure Way and Born Free. Could you please articulate what you believe sets you folks apart?Both in quality and manufacturing? While pricing isn't necessarily a concern to me unless you folks are significantly more than the other guys. I see both advantages and disadvantages to the slide out. Please help me with this information. Lol

I will say, as of this writing, I have you slightly ahead of the other 2.
If you are interested in MB floorplan RVs you can also look at Renegade Vienna and Villagio, Coachhouse Platinum and recently new Winnebago Era 170M (still no guarantee this list is complete including your two examples, only what I have come across so far)

Leisure Travel Vans why is it discontinued? I mean it's very beautiful. Especially when it has upgrades.
I just realized that the photo of the Unity MB they show at the beginning is not the same as the Unity MB he shows. You can tell by the horizontal storage bay vs vertical storage bay. And the windows are different. I think the photo is of a Unity TB.
Say for instance I planned a trip on the Alaska highway. And how many places are warranty approved for repairs?
Mr. Crandall, We do not have any approved service centers on the Alaska Highway.
However we are willing to work with most RV repair facilities. Does not have to be LTV approved.
The only issue will be is that the customer will have to pay for repairs up front and then submit to us for reimbursement, on approved repairs. Thank you! -Donna

Don't like the "split" mattress. What keeps the two parts together? And if there are two ppl using the bed one of them is going to get stuck with the "seam" between the two parts. Not very comfy.

Garvin, From the factory, we only provide 2. There is a storage compartment next to the battery compartment. Your dealer or other after market provider would have to make any adjustments necessary to add additional batteries. The inverter is a 1,000 watt pure sine wave. Thank you for your interest. -Donna

it's up to Mercedes since they build the chassis.
so wish Leisure would have different chassis option. Mercedes just doesn't offer enough occc if you are going with more than two normal size people.
that would still be leisure fault. either they ask Mercedes for more ccc built into there chassis which is not hard, or they use another chassis builder. move forward in stead of backwards, that's all that keeps them from being the best and selling more. I could tell you of 25 people I know that bought other vans due to that. they wanted leisure but in the end ccc sent them elsewhere

assuming Leisure has that much leverage would be a mistake. I highly doubt they order the majority of the yearly produced units.

Why are the exterior storage doors so much larger than the actual storage bins themselves. It seems like there is a lot of wasted space. Make the bins larger!

Another year has passed and LTV is still making beautiful units with antiquated power management. Those whose idea of camping is sitting in a crowded parking lot, connected to mains electricity, watching Wheel of Fortune on a big screen TV may rejoice. Anyone under the age of 80, look elsewhere.
I'd also love to hear the thinking behind a black tank being larger than freshwater. The grey tank is actually 54% larger than the freshwater tank as well. Where is all that liquid coming from?
