I have gone to a dermatologist and they have suggested some toner, serum, face wash, sunscreen, and acne cream. But I haven't seen much difference. It is effective when I stay at home. But when I go outside, ance are coming out. I have oily sensitive skin. Can you suggest to me some products?
Thank you for appreciation nga.. treatment depends on the grade of acne, pigmentation,acne scars,age, Fitzpatrick skin type, hormonal evaluation, proper history of patient and also need follow up ..so better to consult Dermatologist and get treatment accordingly..if severe and not responding to gels and creams,we give oral medications and peels if necessary..avoid milk and high carbs ..avoid oiling the hair too nga..not to layer many products in skin..

My dermologist suggested sascylic acid with low percentage...
No improvements again i got pimples and rashes itching.... Now iam using minimalist niacinamide daily n8... Pimple free after minimalist serum.... Iam using cetaphil oily cleanser... Both is good for oily acne skin....
good that it worked for you..but same formulation may not work for everyone nga..in fact had seen patients complaining of increase in acne after using minimalist serums too

Pls do not use any creams that contains steroids for long time .it will spoil your skin. Stop all the creams and Plz consult a dermatologist. Will examine your skin and accordingly will give treatment..

If it is suitable for your skin can use nga.. it is gentle.so no harm in using that .but if applying make up double cleanse or use miscellar water to remove ..

Tiny bumps can be due to comedones or some congestion in face. Plz get examined by Dermatologist nga .soaps alone can't cure since their contact time s very less.

You can use glutafine or ethiglo if face is oily...switch over to syndet bars or non foaming cleansers in between when u feel face is dry nga..but the best one can be prescribed after examining ur skin in person

you can use any of the salicylic acid based facewashes mentioned here.. but for personalised treatment need to evaluate the skin using maginification and then only can prescribe nga..

Even though the percentage of salicylic acid used is less and also it is a wash off product, to be on safer side salicylic acid should be avoided in pregnancy ..can use glycolic acid, lactic acid containing facewashes .
