I think Daggerwin should look after and tend to his chickens before he is allowed to put the cows in. It's only fair to the chickens, they have only bugs and random wild food to live on at present! It would be interesting to see what the chickens think of this lack of feed!
Giants really nailed the engine start/shutdown for that 1984 truck, has that hilarious screech of old vehicles.

I'd love to see not only seasonal growth but also snow and stones enabled and precision farming added. Kind of immersive, realistic playstyle
I think seasonal growth would be fun and makes it challenging, liked the episode.
You can customise the ridger to put a 3 point linkage on the back (cost-$6000). You can put the planter on the back of it. It will save a lot of your time.
Are you going to do a first look /let’s play on chipping Norton ?
Once you sell all of your seed, you need to turn the silos around 180°, so you can have a straight pull through with your lorry trailer..so you don't have to back up to unload. Then build a gravel driveway around the backside of your building up to the silo dump pit and then on out to the road.
Please turn on seasonal growth, it will make it much more interesting. Also... if you turn on "Others" in your map filters, the golden apples will show up as small yellow dots on your map.
Unless you have the dev mod installed and the option enabled, the apples won’t show up till you’ve collected most of them

You can upgrade your vegetable planter to make rows and plant at the same time
There's a golden apple at the church next to the petrol station. Go to the left hand side as you enter the church and you'll see ladders, climb up and its at the back of the building on a window. Loving the lets play so far.
I see they changed the game so it does not snow inside a building. That is an improvement.
Nov. 27, 2023 I've seen it snow inside buildings (but not on this map) The way I understand it, is it depends on the coding for the buildings, which is done by each map maker and modder, so Kudos to Giants if they did something right.
Recomendation:
Jet wash for vehicle wash to be placed where you left beet planter at 14:33.
I think what it's saying is you need a snow plow or a snow blower
Right next to the grain Mill is a good place to build on, the big grass area whit the pond

Nov. 27, 2023 I vote no on seasonal growth. It just seems to get so dragged out waiting for specific times to plant and harvest. The game progresses better when you can plant and harvest year round, but that's just my opinion. I like to watch the snow. Doesn't seem to affect my frame rates at all and I'm watching in 1080p60. Why do you continue using the forklift on the back of the tractor when it will go on the front of a tractor with a 3pt? Just curious. That little truck must be a Toyota becuz you can't hurt it, no matter what you do to it. LOL "We can just drive off as if nothing happened" after the train threw the truck into the trees. Great episode Mr. D. Thank you and take care.

if you look next to the grain mill, there's a space west from there, that has room enough fro a couple productions, and nothing else attached.

7:12 there is at least 1 golden apple that i saw around the grain mill when i had a play on this map the other night. From memory it is under or on the steps that look like a loading dock
Hey Dag, there is a vegetable harvester implement that has a storage hopper so you don't need to run 2 vehicles. It is a tractor attachment, and it has eith 1 or 2 rows, but you could have a worker run it and empty the hopper as usual.
Oh brother its so much time consuming then doing your self with the big machine
Some legends have modded the base game root harvesters to pick up the new crops
@@MafakaJZ you can do it the most efficient way I have found which is to use the field dagger turned into grass and use follow me on a tractor with a 40m3 trailer and the self propelled harvester (5 meters right offset and -8 forward offset and you can do many other things while it does a run. I run three harvesters on soybeans (only the 6th season and im pulling 163k soybeans a harvest) while the veggies are harvested. its aproxx 20k veggies a strip and if you have inspector mod you can jump to the tractor and trailer to reset the follow me at each end of the field (the 40m3 trailer is 50% one one run of that field). I'm pulling 250-300k veggies off that field in about 40 min to an hour real time. I also do other things while the veggies are being harvested so i could be more effecient using two trailers so theres no down time on the harvester but because im running the soybean harvest at the same time I just run the one tractor trailer on the veggies.
Letting the grass go to the third stage or 2nd growth state increased the yield by almost 50%

The AI drivers will wait patiently for a worker who is near the road but not in the road and not headed to the road. And as soon as you switch to human control, they will aim right at you and try to knock you off.

The patch of land next to the shop is pretty cheap to build on. Don't use the field for the cow shed

You gotta stop strapping the truck to the train, you keep getting double of what you are suppose to get! you had 8000Liters.. once strapped to train its 16.000liters.

For your truck and trailer if you know you will have the money to buy once crops sold, you could have taken a loan, bought it, sold crop, then payed back loan.
