@@avtweet3269 I dont think the tesla truck will actually come to fruition. Theres too many complexities tied to electric industrial equipment, and semis are very heavily weight restricted. look at a small indoor electric forklift for example. it will do a 6-8 hour shift, however it only goes about 15-20km/h, yet the battery usually weighs about 3000lbs. the entire drive line on a truck weighs about that much. Maybe in smaller urban centres it will take off, but I dont ever see it making its way into long haul

@@CameleonClyde Not for the plane. If the autopilot should disconnect which it rarely does you can easily fly manual. I have not experienced it for 10 years on Airbus.
The only problem with turbulence, even violent, is when passengers and crew are walking around in the cabin. They can bump into something and get hurt. Also if you have heavy not secured carts out in the cabin. That's why you should sit down with your belt fastened and then it's no problem. 👍🏼🙂

These videos almost make me cry. I have always been afraid to fly. I still am. But the confidence and professionalism displayed by pilots, and videos like these, not only help alleviate my fears (even though I know they can’t control everything) but they have furthered my goals of confronting my fears and embracing getting my own Pilot’s license, because I’ve always been fascinated by flight, just had to confront my fears by watching (what I consider) heroes. It all started with my brother-in-law who had never flown a plane commercially but whom has launched many planes off an Aircraft-Carrier as a Navy officer, but when my niece Claire was about to be born, he commandeered a flight to watch her birth. They later took a photo of themselves and framed what they called the “Claire-plane.” 😊 thanks for this insight , and god bless-your skills and insight ❤️

Yes flying is VERY expensive and you need to be highly intelligent to complete the IREX and ATPL. Still my advice remains. Don't choose flying planes as a career. Become a medical doctor and fly for recreation.
