She is a tough girl. People in Gaza have to get surgeries without general anesthesia. All they can do is sedation or a nerve block, so you have to be awake while your leg gets chopped off. Granted the sedatives stop you from forming new memories, though I do not know if it can stop you from remembering your limbs being chopped off.
Imagine how her mother feels holding her.
I'm just so glad this little girl still has her mother to comfort her. As out of her depth this mother must feel, she is the one who knows best how to comfort her baby. It's all so senseless and unnecessary.
I've already seen this video on another channel (Middle East Eye) and I don't think that's her mother because from what I read in the description, her whole family was martyred and she's now in the care of her uncle. The man and woman comforting her are most probably her Uncle and his wife or an aunt of hers. I truly cried a lot when I first saw this video yesterday while praying Isha, and now this video comes up in my RUclips feed again on TRT world channel. They are always in all my duas.
