Can you install multiple under sink cross over valves if your water lines are set up in zones. For example one cross over valve in each bathroom and one under the kitchen sink?
Thank you for watching, and Yes you Can definitely do that. I will create a video about it to be more specific. Consider subscribing I will try to post it in about a week.
It might be worth noting that in order to perform these steps reciculating should be enabled. I just moved into a house and the TWH was not programmed.
@@felipezafani for whatever reason recirculating was off on my unit and pushing the bottom right button did nothing. Once I enabled it, the button worked and I could setup a schedule
Can you tell me what unit are you looking for? mine is RTGH-RTGH-RH10DV ? I am using the internal recirculating pump with Crossover valve included in the kit.
It could be a defective unit, which is rare to happen. Is there anything that I can do to help? Consider subscribing I will try to post it in about a week.
I can’t get mine to work. Definitely have it set up right, programmed right, I can hear the pump running, cross over valve is set up correctly, etc. still takes minutes to get hot water anywhere in the house.
hum, mine works well specially the sink that I am using the cross over valve. any sink that is too far from that still gets while to get hot water. Anything I can do to help ?
I have this water heater and the recirc loop does not work. The programing instructions are terrible and the software is faulty. and RHEEM DOES NOTHING ABOUT THIS !
Thank you for posting this, much easier than following the manual's long instructions
I really appreciate the comments, let me know if you have questions.
Very helpful your video thank very much 👍👍
I’m glad you found it helpful! Let me know if you have any more questions.
How do I change the units from metric back to imperial? I cannot find this information anywhere in the manual or online.
Hello there, I have exact same heater, but is not showing what you have on yours, can you tell me what's wrong with mine?
Can you post a quick video of your setup?
Nice video men! I am looking to buy one of those. Do you have to install anything under the sink? Thanks
It was not a hard install, and yes I had to add the cross valve under the sink.
what are your dip switches set at ?
I do not know I will investigate, do you know where this setting are in the menu? not sure if I can set an specific dip schedule.

Alright thanks for letting me know.
@@michaelw2304 how do you enable recirculation? I am having the problem you mentioned. I also cannot change the default temp of 120.
@@JoseRomero-fx1ch you need hold temperature button more than 5second to change.
What does setting the recirculation to "title 24" mean. I cannot find a description of this. I believe it is a requirement for CA.
That is to turn on External Recirculation, you need a dedicated return line, not available in most homes.
@@felipezafani I do have a dedicated return line. What is difference between title 24 and standard recirc?
dose you unit have the Auto water feed port on the bottom? and do you know what it's for?

Why did the schedule change back to 5 am at the end when you initally set it to start at 7 am?
Good observation I guess I forgot to save before going back to main screen, let me check.
@@felipezafanihey! Same here we need to know how to save the changes 😢 it makes so much noise at night! I appreciate your reply
Yeah, hey, how do you save the settings lol
Followed this video. the recirc loop still did not work. I suspect the unit is defective.

I'm getting error 29 for the Condensate line fills up with water very often dont know what to do
Let me look into that
The condensate line has to drain by gravity into your house drain otherwise the condenser will back up and you will get the error.
@@y2kroxy Thanks

My unit has been running for over a year now and I have had no issues so far. I am pretty happy.
