I worked with a guy that had a cabin in that area close to this. He gave up and sold out as it was constantly vandalized.
Sad but people are like that.
Geodesic domes are great for heating, cooling because of airflow . The curvature of the structure means air circulates easier and doesn't get stuck in corners. They are also good for high wind conditions because of the same aerodynamics. I'd consider building a geodesic dome home, but first I need to find the right land for me to live on.
Your videos are awesome but my only constructive criticism is can you please put yourself smaller in the corner so we can see the land. Why would you show the view of the land and then have yourself huge front and center blocking it...?

Just bought 8.6 acres in Sangre De Cristo mountains. No rules except don't do illegal stuff. No time limits to build. Just need permits to start building g whenever your ready

Anything East of Denver, South of Castle Rock, North of Denver, or West of Bailey is garbage land that nobody wants that's why it's so cheap.
yup, this one is cheap but all slope.
So not true man. We bought 40 acres in Red Feather Lakes 4 years ago. It is now worth more than double what we paid for it. Also, once the airport is built there the values are going to go up immensely.

@@derrikbarnett9803 It's our vacation land. We live in Loveland and both of us are government employees and work 100% from our home offices. No commute for us. Heck, we haven't been to Denver is 5+ years.....
