Thank you, Michael, for documenting your experience in working and living in Saudi byway of expressing appreciation. As a native, if I may clarify, what you refer to as "Saudi teachings", "Saudi culture" etc are actually all directly derived from the teachings and values of Islam and the Arabic culture and traditions. In sum, any positive aspects you may have experienced in your stay and interaction is primarily due to Islam and Allah (swt), and any negative ones are purely from our own human shortcomings and Satan.

I think the American people are good by nature, but I think the most important thing that should be educated for Americans and the West in general is that they are not a moral, legal, or cultural source for us. If they reach this conviction, the world will be fine.
Much of the West does not understand that we have a moral standard in all our life, cultural, legal, political, social, humanitarian, etc. affairs. It is one of the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah, which we believe is a revelation from the Creator.
Therefore, it is a divine source for us, and then we see a Western man talking about strange, liberal concepts that are better than divine laws! He tries to impose his convictions on what we believe in and we will not back down from him. This wants to create a quarrel between us and does not want understanding.
We see American tourists and American human rights activists talking about the persecution of homosexuals and feminists, the prohibition of sexual freedom, the prohibition of drinking alcohol, and why we prohibit gambling, usury, etc.
They want to control us and impose their culture on our land, which is foreign to them, as if we are their puppet!
These are the biggest problems that require you to explain and explain to them that we do not believe in all their standards in rights, freedoms, morals, criminal and legislative laws, etc.
We can educate them about our morals, our laws, our standards of right and wrong, but we do not accept them talking to us as if they have the authority to tell us what we should do.
For example, they demand gender equality, but we will never believe in gender equality because it conflicts with our religious culture in that women have greater care rights and men have greater responsibilities and tasks.
For example, they demand the freedom of women to wear bikinis, but we believe in the freedom of society in its right to preserve public morals and not look at women’s bodies because they stimulate lust and natural instincts and destroy the minds of young people.
The role model for Saudi women is the Virgin Mary and the wives of the Prophet Muhammad in terms of modesty and dignity, not actresses and artists.
For example, they demand that criminals not be executed in criminal laws, and we say that killing criminals is a life for humanity because it will stop anyone from committing any future crime because he will know that his fate is death, and we believe in the right of the murdered person’s family to take their legal right because their son is not cheap, but rather The punishment must be reciprocated according to its severity.
The death penalty is carried out on bandits, rapists of women and children, drug dealers, and extremist militias, and they deserve to be killed, so our country is safe.
While in the countries you know that are lenient in punishing criminals, we see a high rate of crimes because no one deters them with harsh punishments, and society becomes in fear and anxiety.
They talk about freedoms as a right for individuals, but as Muslims in Islamic Sharia laws we do not believe in individual or societal freedom as long as it causes harm to the individual or society. Therefore, we prohibit adultery, gambling, usury, drugs, alcohol, etc.
Therefore, freedom is linked to following divine laws in knowing what is right and wrong
They also interfere with the Western media in trying to impose liberal, modern, and secular laws as if we urgently need them, while we have our own culture, history, values, and religion that are very different from the West, and of course we do not believe in their political, social, cultural, and legal systems because our religious, cultural, legal, and political reference is very different and cannot be compatible. With the West unless they believe what we believe.
I think these topics are the most controversial in Western media, and they are what push Western people to hate the Saudis because they do not want to be democrats, liberals, and modernists like them.
Understanding each other is what creates cultural and economic bridges between nations, but I see that the Western media is pushing Western peoples far away from understanding that the Eastern and Southern world is not interested in imitating the West and that all religions, peoples and nationalities have what they believe in.

I respect your opinion , please read Quran if your heart says it is true accept it because if you know the truth and reject it not a good sign , Quran says many times that Jesus is a prophet not son of god or god but if you believe Jesus is god or son of god it is called shirk in Islam meaning you associate partner with god which is unforgivable sin , god says in Quran I will forgive all sins but not shirk if you die believing Jesus is son of god or divine you go to the hell forever according to Quran and you don’t know we may die tomorrow and it is better not to delay it and follow what your heart says . I respect you a lot it looks like you have honest heart ,break all obstacles of mind and society and be brave to accept the truth . Respect you brother in humanity , sorry my English is not good I hope you get the concept.
What it has to do what the man was saying? You just expressing your hate towards Jesus Christ. By the way the country that he is bragging about is far away from democracy.
