I love the genuine ending, a beer celebration hahaha. I am still going through the break-in period, only done under 500km. First bike so nothing to compare to though I did notice a definite improvement recently in the fuel-air mixture, seems to be starting to run better than how lean it comes from the factory. Cool to see you do some self-diagnosing and disassembling there, haven't had to do anything much like that myself yet.
Hello there I had this issue multiple times with my svartpilen turns out it is the factory battery it happens when battery gets discharged under low temperature and can reach a point of killing oem battery
I had this issue once, on my 2020. Manual says to use premium gasoline (whatever this means) - I'm located in EU and premium here is usually 98 octanes - I'm using shells 99.
That would seem the most likely issue but I just don’t know how that could have happened. It’s possible there was an obstruction in one of the lines that came free when I pulled everything apart.
I’ve been using Duke 390 videos for a lot of things. The repair manual isn’t very in-depth. Sean at Fastidious Restomods channel has some good 401 info too. I let the gas sit to see if there was water in it, there wasn’t but I used fresh gas anyway. Give the new stuff a chance to get in there too, it might still stutter a bit at first
I have discovered that these bikes run extremely lean from the factory. They do not take well to exhaust or intake modifications without performing fueling remapping. I don’t know if you’ve modified anything such as cat/resonator box removal or open-style intake filters? If you have, then that is probably your culprit. I know that on mine, I was often stalling during the break in period and when I took it in for first service, the tech explained how extremely lean they are setup from factory and to not screw too much with intake or exhaust. He did do something to help. Since I got it back, it idles much better and has never stalled again.

I have a Svartpilen 250 (with fuel x pro).. never had that problem.
I had same shit... but my bug spark plug... just changed to new
93 sounds like bad octane. schould be 95 98
93 is the highest at US pumps
