Well this Is a fun and pretty good build for pvp, It might be a bit tricky for someone who’s never done pvp before but I’m sure you’ll be able to pull It off :)
Because your build focuses more to hit enemies from distance and nearly, in Dark Souls 3 some enemies are so annoyng to fight by nearly them and then is better fight them by distance

I tried to build the character around a magical paladin and It turned out great! Well I’m not the best at giving advice, however I’ll try - you need to know that It’s okay to die In this game and accept It because as a new player, you’re gonna make mistakes and die, this helps you not get as mad as you would If you died In other games and don’t worry about losing souls because you can always clear the area again to get more. The enemies In DS3 can seem quite Intimidating, especially the larger ones - however If you try to learn their moveset attacks well enough, then you’ll be able to block or dodge them with ease and they’ll seem a lot less of a challenge - the same goes for bosses. When playing through the game, you can get different armour sets and weapons that will be sometimes better than what you have, you need to make sure your total equipment weight Is below 70.00% because If It Isn’t then you will roll very slowly. In the hub area called Firelink shrine, don’t kill anyone because the Blacksmith won’t let you upgrade your weapons or estus healing flask, If you’re confused about weapon Infusions then I’m sure there’s some RUclips videos about them that go Into more detail, but basically they’re for making your weapon do more damage with your build - a lot of weapons are better In different builds than others - If you’re unsure about what weapon Is best for your build you can search It up on the DS3 wiki or watch a RUclips video about the build you’re doing. Hope this helps you :)
You can use it in PVE, its really good. For PVP though it isn't that great because the attack buffs are reduced in pvp and also it reduces your damage absorptions more in pvp which isn't good unfortunately

This build is more viable in a Dark Souls 3 mod called: The Convergence mod.
Beacause at endgame your character reaches 145 Soul Level

Battle mage the most scariest build ( srl i battled a tone of these guys they demilised me 😢)
Not to being a bad person but in STR build is use way more the claymore and the longsword for mine type of play stile (great build anyway)

great vid but one question: how can you play online ? I cant connect to online servers since 2 days
I play on PS5 - they haven’t shut the servers down on consoles because the RCE exploit only applies to pc players
Going to try this build do you know what states to focus on early game?
Mostly Vitality and Strength, enough str to 2H the greataxe early game is what I did

I don’t think this could work whilst also being a pyro but you can try - and yes you don’t need to use the other weapons
