Hunter's convictions are related to tax evasion and illegally getting a firearm. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Joe made a BLANKET pardon for ANYTHING Hunter did illegally from 2011 to 2024, not just the tax and gun charges. Yet most of his major Cri mes are part of the Biden Family Cri minal Enterprise, for which Joe, brother James, and other members of the Biden family are involved. By trying to pardon Hunter of every possible Cri me he committed during that period, Joe is trying to hide the very links that tie Hunter to the rest of the family's illegal activities.
Perhaps it doesn't matter because, next year, a reformed IRS, FBI, and DOJ can still investigate those Biden family activities, and convict everyone else involved. Excluding Hunter, there are 17 members who received money from shell companies. That means even Joe's his brother and grandchildren can be tossed in prison. The investigations will show the family's involvement.

I don’t think so. If Biden had run he would have pardoned Hunter after the election, win or not. The kid was to be sentenced next week and possibly be jailed that day. Kamala couldn’t have done it until late January and would have that action as a problem when she ran in 28.
Now if he hadn’t pardoned Hunter, I think Trump would have just to show he doesn’t hold a grudge.
