Tell that to the women in health care and rehab centers that use them and never had anyone ever to adjust a wheel chair to their leg height! Most wouldn't know how!! Plus the fact that they have no tools to do so with! Should be a given! Pt workers seem to require insurance payment prior to any attention at all! Have a heart for those who can't be self sufficient! Wheel adjustment is NOT rocket science to disabled and/or older citizens! Give them some care where it counts!
