I forgot to mention that you need to TERMINATE the Deliver Cargo Contract after getting the LTV! Otherwise an attack helicopter will try to blow you up 😅. You can cancel the contract by opening up the map and looking at the contract box to the right of the map. It should tell you what button you need to press to terminate the contract! I Hope you all find the video useful!

I am crazy enough to go after an entire squad solo with only 1 plate and a RPK from a bot
This is how I mainly gear up.
I've gotten used to soloing. Just don't go gunho and always have cover. Helps with learning a tactical play style.
I have not had one good experience with that sniper lmao
At the shopping mall, you don’t need a key or to go through the vent. There is a hatch entry on the roof, plus the roof structure is wide open. I prefer to enter through the hatch on the roof adjacent to the parking garage.
I also like to load in with a riot shield when playing DMZ solo. It has saved me many times
Executions are also silent if it doesn't use a gun or the bots don't hear it anyway

Bro you can crawl under the wire. Also utilize the diving and slides for transfers to cover the boys have sensory input where the turn in your direction and focus your locations if not using a silencer
If u shoot the bots in the head they will drop more plates. I guess because your not breaking them

A sniper can absolutely one shot kill level 3 bots if you hit them in the right place. I do it regularly. There is a tiny gap right between the chest plate and helmet where their neck is just barely exposed and will one shot kill them.
Just curious of why didn’t you pick up items like the laptop in one of the buildings for selling to get more plates?
They just are not worth much and take up spots in your bag. I usually make more money after killing some bots
I think SBMM/EOMM must be really strong in DMZ. Those enemies will usually start to fire at me the moment I peak my head above the embankment at the spawn point. The strong hold always has riot shielders below the vent. I tried it 3-4 times and instantly melted, couldn’t even turn the corner to the hallway with the orange crate. I feel like I’m playing a completely different game than the content creators are.

Haven't seen self revives in a hospital in 5 games. Been having better luck with ambulances

Forget the sniper. Tac-m or tac-v silenced with thermal & red dot dual optic, 60 round mag, rips armor fast on bots and players. Also tier 3 bots will drop silenced m4s as you showed. Build these up in your contraband. Silencers are life in dmz. Change you character to look more like tier 3 bot, theres a couple you can pick with black helmets that look like bots armor. When driving a vehicle try to get the AI's armored truck, any other vehicle other players know you are not a bot. Do not engage other players unless you're sure they are solo. Spotting scope is also useful at spawn in to see where the enemy players are headed. Learn how to do the hostage contracts easily solo. The exfil campers are getting worse.
some hostage locations are simply impossible to do solo, others can be exploited by either killing the bots from outside, entering without triggering the timer or locating the hostage from outside
Yep... exfil snipers are as bad as spawn killers. Ugh...

I bring the spotters scope and equip your sniper with infrared. You'll find stims often, and the spotters can be great at identifying targets and players (switch it to infrared as well) - also use hostage phones to evac instead of regular exfil sites which are usually teaming with PKers. Also, don't use vehicles often, easy to spot you on map and alerts people of your where abouts. Train, Hotel, Airport all phenomenal places to gear up quick. Also with the hostage phone contracts, if whatever you're in thr DMZ for isn't phone related pick up the hostage contract first and just ignore it till you're ready to go. also also, shoot all of the armed guards and locate the prisoner BEFORE opening the door. LMG thru windows and walls if needed and clear it out!
I use the train quite alot to travel around the map, once it's been looted nobody pays it any attention. Handy if the exfil is near the railway line.
The Oasis at the top of the map has loads of hidden caches to raid and isn't usually too heavily populated
I have come to all the same solutions. I find myself also avoiding too many store trips. they are player magnets and can be a very easy way to get killed.

Solo tips i'd add:
when not traveling long distances or zooming through a heavily guarded area stay on foot. Vehicles attract players and are basically a giant UAV warning players you're coming. It's easier to sneak in and out of places on foot.

There's several different ways to enter that mall. Most involve climbing to the roof and taking either the hatch and ladder down or you can just drop in from the open area but you either have to go through the adjacent parking garage to the top to get in or you can go to the side and climb up the parked truck and crates to get on top.
yeah, I was going to say, there's like 4 entrances into the mall without the key. it's less secured then 302. haha
There's no such thing as stealthing in DMZ.
They are either deaf or as aware as Daredevil, no in-between. Once one of them sees you, the entire town sees you even if you try to disengage.
Great guide with lots of usefull tips! Thanks you :) if i can help you back with 1 tip, i would say you should mount more often your weapon on crates and around doors because you will get hit less often by npc's and will have less weapon recoil
I’ve given up on solo DMZ missions and am just being a toxic anti trio solo sniper. The moment I got stuck on the Sattiq Poppy Farmer mission and spent over two weeks unsuccessfully trying to find the entry key DMZ was over as a “game” for me.
Edit: Every time I take a turret LTV anywhere near AI they throw two grenades at it straight away and it’s gone, along with me the moment I have to get out of it.
There is a mission that will give you that key as a reward, can't remember which one sorry.
@@fedaykincommando3252 Thanks mate it’s the Robin Hood mission, I did it and that took forever too but I had full key slots and crushed the Poppy key not knowing how important it was. Even so it would have only given me one shot at the mission, the key rarity and difficulty is ridiculous.

@@realsmash5043 👍🏻 I want to complete the second insured slot solo, I’ve went this far solo. I would be impossible to finish all the missions solo but this is the one that will get me that second slot. The mission itself wouldn’t be a problem, it may take a couple of tries if I’m unlucky but it’s the damn key!
I always go for the OB’s and couldn’t tell you how many I’ve opened, there are always keys in them but never the one I need. I’m level 250 so I’ve put the time into the game, it’s just not happening.
@@InimitaPaul I found a second key after I lost my mission key on the footstep while returning. I’ll happily open that door for you.

Whoa love this. You taught me something about stims. Btw you can also get into the mall through the parking garage to the roof. There’s an open hatch that leads to a room. The door in that room leads to a shop in the mall. The shop has a security door that’s half up. You can farm those supressed M4’s from there. You’ll have cover from the desk counter in the shop.
That edit was peak, rather than skipping to the buy station, he fast traveled via the map 🤣 perfect and unique edit

PRO EXFIL STRATEGY:
Call in the exfil heli and go hide ontop of the nearest tall building/cliff or fly at max altitude in the regular heli.
Once the exfil heli is lifting off, jump out and parachute onto the top of it and prone.
The exfil heli's blade will not hurt you, but the regular heli will.
Also no one inside the heli can shoot you, so it's perfect for discreetly hitchhiking on enemy exfils.
Watch out for other teams pushing heli. I have shot down someone on the top of the heli. Sneaky baka.
I wish I could be there the day they fix this and you throw yourself into the salad shooter.

I tend to go mostly on foot as a solo player. It helps me dodge into cover or concealment if I see someone. This is a good video, I never even considered the throwing knives but it sounds like a great idea for being sneaky like I like.
I use the telescope cos has no glimpse, its about x8-x14, thermal, and in dmz warzone doesnt autospot but you can clearly see the highlighted bodies...
You never need a key to get in the mall; just take the parking garage up to the roof, then snipe from the skylight. It's the easiest and safest way to deal with the tier 3 bots inside

The sooner we get an AI only version to play the better. Every buy station and exfil is camped now. makes you not wanna play at all.
Happens that when first entered dmz with knife i threw the knife to a lvl 3 bot and he put me a shotgun round on my face. This is why i have trust issues.

It's the only way to be anymore. This was the last time I wait and save and revive people for them to leave me as a teammate just leave me to fend for myself. It isn't the game that's broken it is the players that play it. No one knows what it means to put someone before themselves!!!
I once asked my autofill team to go for me to get the M13B (I already had it, but like having the blueprint as trophy). Lured them into a helicopter and into the zone. I entered, even gave em gas masks, they didnt pick em up, and stayed outside. After around 5 minutes, they get the chopper and leave. I end up without self revives or plates, but with the gun, so I pick the nearest vehicle and ask them one last time to come. One doesnt, and I wouldnt care less for him. On the exfil the second one got killed by AI, and I just turned on my mic and said, "bye bye!"
Mall can be accessed in a few ways without a key - by that vent, by jumping on the boxes on the other side of mall to get to roof, by entering via nearby garage to roof (then multiple entries from roof to inside - latter, lift, stairs, jumping through two roof holes).
Throwing knifes are the best - easy kills on players, and finishing, spotter scopes also a must to find where you get shot from, or to scout for players ahead - Lmg for the multiple kills in a clip, for both bots and players - that’s how I do it
The m4's are also silenced. AI often don't react to its gunfire.
100% on the stims, I run them in full squads as well, they're just indispensable. The stowed plates are also necessary, Be careful with the throwing knife in the upcoming patch they're fixing a bug where you can one shot the juggs which means they'll break it everywhere else.
Being a solo player it was useful to watch ur video mate 🙏🏽🤙🏽

Ground loot m4 rocks!! I have 6-10 of them in my contraband at all times haha!! It is only dropped by tier 3 blue armored bots. The others you downed were black armor tier 2. The black armor bots usually drop either a shot gun or a minibak. Another really good entry point into the mall is SE corner closest to the parking structure there is a roof ladder down into a room. There is always an orange crate in there and a trip wire closed door entry into the rest of the mall.

Some players don't even have armor plates in the late game. A Signal 50 usually one shots most players

I prefer suppressed Fennec with drum mag and armor piercing rounds. Goes through ammo fairly quick but it’s plentiful ammo and it absolutely mercs players in close quarters which is generally where I encounter them. I pick up a lot of claymores and prox mines before going to the mall. I go through the parking garage to get up top (fill ammo for free in the process) and go down the stairs on the west side. Use mines to cover your backside from bots while you loot. I skip the truck entrance because it’s a flashing light to PKers that you’re there

Done it solo a few times. Best is when he's downtown. Spotter scope and parachute to roof of train station. Ive got him from the other side too. Rooftop sniper and lmg. Both suppressed
The damn issue with DMZ is the stupid AI, the amount of times I died INSIDE AN ARMORED VEHICLE by them in an INSTANT is really pissing me off tbh

I found when playing solo if you get too many bots to handle just run away as they won't chase you too far. Gives you a chance to regroup.
Actually certain snipers CAN one shot tier three AI as long as you shoot the upper chest/neck area. I know it works with the victus for sure.

Sometimes you will not find a self revive in hospitals. Best to look in every med box you find.
Solo’s do not last very long on Australasian severs, from the minute you spawn in it’s a dog fight, hunting player spawn points, He missed a lot of opportunities not to go for the locker then pick up sellable items instead of running around with empty slots it’s an easy ten grand missed and not a player in sight, strange very rarely do you cross the entire map and not see a single soul.

"so the first thing you need to focus on" as he spawns in with a silenced sniper rifle. LMAO... I've just played my first dozen matches of any tpe of extraction shooter. I have successfully extracted three times, once just running from spawn to extract point just so I was aware of the mechanics. I have one insured weapon at this point, shitty M4 and nothing else. 4 times I spawned in with AI all around me and was F-ed from the get-go with the remaining deaths being your typical DMZ newb with no guns or plates, running around the map wondering why the fuck I need so many light bulbs. What would make solos "So Much EASIER" would be a step-by-step walk through of what a person brand new to extraction shooters should be thinking about while building from scratch. No one I have watched has talked about the HUD, what means what, map iconography general strats for various play styles, etc. SO many of you streamers assume the people watchng yoiur stuff know more than they do. I'm here because I just played 12 matches and got slaughtered and want to make it easier but telling me to do so by bringing in a scoped contraband weapon is absolutel useless to a new player.
Use your insured weapon slot for the sniper. Thats what I do. I only brought in one weapon to show that you can just pick up an rpk from a bot rather than wasting your insured slot on an M4. The bot rpk is not much of a downgrade from a custom M4. If you do that, bringing in a silenced sniper should not be very difficult. I also later showed you a way to get free silenced M4s (granted its not super easy). Hope this clarifies things and sorry for the confusion!
Randomly found your channel today these dmz videos are great! Super helpful, I've been struggling to find armor/good loot and always end up getting beamed by the bots when I'm on foot exploring with a single plate vest

1 thing i want to understand about DMZ...why are we attacking each other? because it says nowhere that you have to attack each other!!! at exfil it's better to help each other right or am I seeing that wrong?!?
That's how it SHOULD be but I get whacked at exfil 10x as much as in gameplay. Which sucks because they get everything for free that you just busted your butt for! I'm starting to leave missions earlier so I can try and scout the exfil for campers.

DMZ tricks you by showing you the AI is very beatable and that gives you the arrogance to go into every fight until they fuck you up.

Like you said, stims are plentiful. Bring a spotting scope instead. Being able to scan an area before entering will save you lots of pain.
I just dont like constantly switching between stims and the spotter scope. It becomes tedious. I also feel I can see enough with my sniper scope. But if there were no stims I would 100% take the spotter scope
@@ON1C I find that I only switch to stims when I'm going into a hot area. Otherwise I've got the spotting scope at the ready. On PC it's 1/2 a second to switch between them.

If you plan on hitting the Al Bagra underground solo, I like to pick up the ship cargo contract first. I’ll either complete the shipment or cancel and go straight to Al Bagra. Then back the boat up to the shoreline, hop on the turret and annihilate enemies.

You called it "ship cargo" but its actually called "deliver cargo". You do NOT want to do the ship cargo as that's the boat version ;)

Swim when you can it is really helpfull and avoids alot of bots, especially for edges of the map on spawns. You can do sawahalahaha thingy Hotel fairy easy this way.

i play dmz solo every weekend because i work out of town all week. so i try to build on my inventory and collect the large bag and the 3 plate vest with selfs and gas masks
DMZ is so hard to exfil solo with everything u need. Its the hardest game i ever played and i love it

when u come from survival games, its not so hard.
Since stims are fairly common I'll take a scouting scope,tear gas or other which I use that are harder to use, but keep the stims that I find. If I think think or see it's gonna get crazy or getting prepped to hit a stronghold or a squad,then I'll equip the stims to have them ready but still have crucial equipment
If you get a Stronghold Card you can successfully raid the smaller buildings going solo if you have at least 2 Armor and at least one revive. I've done the Police Academy solo when I found the key for it. A little harder you just have to be patient when shooting into rooms. If you don't have a flash bang to pause the shield guards, shoot at his pistol. When you hit it enough it will kill him or it will make him stumble so you can shoot his body. Be careful though, try to shoot at him from cover because that 50 cal will kill you with a few shots. Oh yeah I forgot, you can shoot at his feet too

I think it’s b/c I used to play Apex Legends. The armor in that game is called shields. I go back and forth b/c I’m aware the correct term is plates, but I am used to calling them shields thanks to apex. It’s a bad habit I need to break lol
Dropped a ak74u with 5 attachments and an extended mag for an m4 with a laser and a grip smh 🤦♂️
M4 had a suppressor and the ak did not. That is why I opted for the M4
Probably a dumb question, new to DMZ mode, extracted with a medium pack and 3 plate vest, do those stay permanently or no?
Yes they do as long as they are on your operator. You are able to store spare bags and plate vests within the bag on your person, but unfortunately anything in your bag despawns after extracting (keys stored in your bag will NOT despawn). In other words you can’t stack up on bags or vests. You can only have at most 1 bag and 1 vest. It’s a very silly feature imo. If you die while you have a plate vest and a medium bag, you will lose them both and will have to find new ones in a future raid

I always use the spotter and keep Stims as a backup.
One lone dude whiped our squad of 4 , I was bewildered and impressed.

@@ON1C Warzone 2 is very hard. It seemed like the bots just keep coming. I’m unable to grab the loot in order to gear up. You make it look easy lol.

What I do is hope that I spawn near airport an then look the Air Control Tower real easy 3-plate UAV’s and Large Backpack

Don't forget a munitions box too. You can run out of ammo fast and ammo can be hard to find.
