I have a few quads. My largest is the 350 class Cheerson CX 20. It all depends on the weight of the materials you would want to attach to the quad. You are looking at a minimum of a WLToys Seeker 303, my Cheerson CX 20, or up to the Phantoms to lift anything of size. $400 plus.. The quad copter here is a custom built 450 class. I imagine can lift 400 to 500 grams easily. You'd have to master flying it first before even considering doing this..
