Clarkes bakery in Cabra has the best. I've been all over eating breakfast rolls, nothing beats Clarkes. Freshly cooked eggs spreadable pudding crispy freshly baked rolls plus beans and mushrooms if that's your thing

Good stuff lads. Looks a nice roll to me. Just a couple of things i'd change. I don't like butter on a breakfast roll. There's enough juices from the food that slicks out the bread. I do like a smidgen of brown sauce just enough to flavour the roll as i dont like anything dripping in sauce. I always ask sausages to be cut in half. And fat to be taken off the rasher thats a must. And i only like sausage, bacon and pudding (white or black doesnt matter). A meat feast if you like. No need for eggs or beans or hash browns etc.
Only came up on my youtilube feed today so i'll keep an eye on your other videos. Keep up the goid work lads. 👍

My issue is I like everything fresh, I think frozen food should be told to the consumer. I hate buying a roll to taste frozen food for same price as frsh food, I often ask and then just hand it back to discover I was lied too.

That thing looks manky. The fact you don’t put the chuck wagon in the top 3 is very questionable. I know a lot of lads that have it number 1 and we have been all over the country touring on motorcycles so have probably had brekkie rolls in almost every county at this stage including most of Dublin.
