So glad to hear you are enjoying the T&B Country studies! We used the Nordic one last year and loved it.
I am hoping to use those along with the new Notgrass elementary world geography as our textbook spine. Hoping it works out well! 😊

Please do read aloud reviews and independent read reviews. My oldest is going into 7th grade and it's very helpful. Thank you!

We love Angela ODell’s writing style as well, and we used Americ’a Story this year in a very similar way. Some of the teachers book, but a LOT of correlating read alouds, and some projects.

Love using read alouds for history! Living books are one of my favorite parts of learning history with my daughter.

Did y’all like the King Arthur book? We may read that.

We did! It was a long book and we did split up reading it because it was so long. However, it was a great read and wonderful for the Middle Ages. I had no idea how many iconic stories and figures came from this book.
